I really hate being the eldest, i tried to distant myself from my relatives and even my very own family, doesnt matter if they dispises me. I hated family gatherings, i dont give a shit about my aunts who thinks they can put me inside their pockets and command me todance in their tune. Living abroad i do miss my family, but i dont want to go home because of their stupid mentality, so many expectations, even if i already have my own family, they still expect me to help and cater to their needs from tome to time.

I find it amusing that the people who wholeheartedly agree will all the points discussed here are the Filipinos that are, for the most part, grew up isolated from the rest of the community. I'm now a full-time nurse in London and dahil sa mga experiences ko back home, specially from where i grew up, i grew to detest these Filipino traits lalo na nang ikumpara ko sa ugali ng mga taga ibang lahi. Pero ika nga "Do not hate the people, hate what people do", mahal ko pa rin ang inang bayan, ang kultura at kasaysayan. Although citizen na ako dto, proud pa rin ako to be Pinoy.

Place Tulingan, ginger, garlic, onion, peppercorn, green chilli, vinegar, and water in a pot over medium heat. 2. Cook fish for about 15-20minutes. 3. Pour coconut milk and mustard. 4. Add ground black pepper. 5. season with fish sauce if needed. 4. Cook for another 5-10minutes until the sauce slightly thicken. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
