Best mini series ever made

Love this miniseries! Of course, living in Colorado for 60 years, I am a bit prejudiced!😊

This whole series was and still is amazing and important, the creators were very brave not to shy away from the brutal way Natives were treated, or half natives and their generations as well as Mexicans, or the way greedy got a hold of people looking for gold or easy money, how some people cheated and killed to get where they were, right up the the last episode where it pointed out how important it is to not let greedy get the better of us all and that we need to look after all people and our environment. It's a series that holds true especially with the way things are going now. My only tiny peeve is the continuous scenes being repeated in the later episodes as characters were remenising about those from the past. But it's nothing really as it doesn't spoil the whole series that much at all.

I saw a Amazon review of this mini series it mention that there is no closed caption , I would need this to watch the famous t.v. mini series from 1976. I watched it way back then , i recall it was good. Wish i could see it again.
