I seem to make the most from fishing. But I loathe it. 😂 As I just do not have the brain wired for it. 😭 I much prefer running around the world and looking at the cool stuff or forging between rocks.

I would not advise anyone to strive to make a lot of gold in Palia. You're going to run into problems faster than you think. I've been gold capped for months and it seriously affects your ability to play the game. I can't farm, hunt or gather because I can't sell stuff and my storage is maxed out. I can't even receive quest gold. Now I only log in when new content is available. 300K might sound like a lot but it isn't, and I hit the cap quickly, only playing for a few hours a day. One work around is buying furniture I don't want or need, because it uses gold and doesn't count towards storage space, but honesty, how satisfying do you think that is? You're right, not very! Just play the game people, don't worry about amassing gold. You will be glad you didn't later on!

For farming I have 9 patches soil all together then do a row down corn, row cotton going down next to corn and then next to cotton potatoes and then repeat until end of soil. With this layout the corn increases harvest of cotton, cotton makes better quality corn and potaoes and the potatoes water some of the crops for less work. It nets about 11k in 5 days and takes 27 seeds of each in total but im using 3 seed collectors.
