Coco is a sweetheart, and from all the video-recordings I've ever made, this is my most favourite. Every time I watch it, it gives me chills. :) (BTW, the reverb that you're hearing is all-natural in that gorgeous cathedral).

I had the priviledge of her doing this song at CBC studios as part of my initial education as a Sound Engineer at Trebas Institute in Toronto in May 1998. I used a Neve Capicorn console with Lexicon 300 and 480 EQ's and a Harmonizer DSP 4000. Some effects were done using a T.C. 2000 and a Sony D-7. It was recorded onto Tascam DA-88/38 decks and mastered on a Sony DAT-90. Fell in love with the piece the first time I heard it.

Thank you so much for posting this and in good quality! I like how the dancer is engaging with the audience and actually making them more aware and informed about Kathak. That´s unusual. I´m sure, when they left..they must´ve felt not just like they witnessed a great performance but they probably became more interested too. Lovely performance! And she looks so happy and calm when dancing. Too many dancers look too focused and serious.
