Hi, we are another but original dtf shaker manufacturer of this DTF shaker, if needed can contact.

I have followed all these steps but once i put the file to print an error comes up saying “[UI] Can not operate the job which is not ready.” I’ve tried printing in different formats of the file and nothing is working. Do you have any recommendations on what do you or how to fix?

Bill is correct. Our machine has been around for 5 years. Belt has torn appart twice. The heads needed replacement in 4 years. The quality is Great. If you run on slow. Don't be in a hurry, and make sure you have a good mechanic.

I filled my yellow ink tank and put in the new ink chip. The printer is not recognizing that I've filled the ink and now is not printing any of the colors except for a very light yellow. I've removed the chip and tried putting it in again. I've cleaned the nozzles and done an ink check and still nothing, what can I do?

Ink is expensive, support is zero. Good luck when you have problems.

There is now ay you can be doing that print in 50 seconds becuase you need more than one layer pass. The F2100 we have, brand new, requires an underbase, then 2nd player highlight then 3rd highlight CMYK. To get that print you have is almost 2 minutes
