Honestly I don't think such.
The second will smith video is (as far as i know) real, it was first uploaded on his instagram account. Also ai cant animate, it can make videos but at any length they become incoherent messes. This is because it is IMPOSSIBLE for it to understand 3d space. It only works on the 2d inputs and their captions, and their 2d outputs.
Do you have an explanation why its impossible to understand 3D spaces?
The second Will Smith clip is actually Ai I didn't post the full clip but later on it gets really obvious that it's Ai because of how weird and uncanny that it gets but the beginning of the clip was quite convincing
And also I totally agree that the AI videos get really weird and incoherent later on but all I'm saying is that it has improved a lot in the span of months which is a bit concerning
The ai clip with the grandma lacks life imo Like she seems fake

I think you made a good point about the blurry lines separating when it is and isn't ok to take inspiration from things. A lot of the time it's unclear and it's hard to tell what's fair and what isn't. Also, this was a nice video and I think it would be nice if you did some more like it when/if you feel like it's what you wanna do.
