Yes it's sure. I found why I did not have a lot of score. It was my RAM. I changed to 3600 ddr4 and I had a better score. 4091. So it was my ram that limited my card.

Haha it's only a dream. super computers, are much more for calculations than for video games. I doubt that there is any graphics processor and only processors.
My score with single MSI 2080Ti Gaming X Trio and the same settings is 5082, (oc core +105 / mem + 750) running it with i9 9900k. After playing around with the OC a bit more: i.imgur.com/PmTlAz9.png You should definitely check your card if you got only 3757. It's a very significant difference.
Gtx 1080ti sli overcklocked i7 8700(non k) 16g ram same settings score 6360. FPS 252.5 min fps.36.8 max fps. 468.2
Gtx 1080ti i9-9900k 32 gb ram SAME settings score 6870 fps 283.7 min fps 28.3 max fps 528.5

I have test with te same screen. And my score not change. I record the bench tomorrow.

He benchmark in resolution 1920x1080 resolution but you test in resolution 2560x1440... That's why you get less score than him...
What are you like RAM? If you have a good cpu, there should be no problem with the graphics card. In my case, it was the RAM that limited me. And many. I went from 2100 to 3600 and it's obvious.
With my Titan Xp collector edition 5930K @ 3.7 ram 3000mhz i took 4035. I think something don't work better in your system
