Great video guys! I think calorie counting has a lot to do with your mindset. I know for some it is very helpful to ensure they're fueling their bodies properly. Sometimes we don't realize how hard we're working! Because I struggled with eating disorders throughout high school I often used calorie counting apps to make sure I wasn't eating "too much" (aka starving myself). Hoping to get to a point where I can use it as a healthy tool myself!
