2 years out of professional football have taught me the toughest lessons in life. Heartbreak, Financial difficulty & my own vulnerability in facing my own mental health.
After learning a lot about myself and opening up on the path of life after sports I have decided to give the game one more go! I understand how lucky and fortunate I am to still be able to do this, which goes back to the importance of looking after your body even after coming out of full time football.
The journey continues and I know this time round with the lessons I have learned that I hope this Channel can help other athletes in whatever the universe has planned for them.
Expect tears, smiles, interviews with other players across the world, gym routines and an honest journey of a professional athlete 🔥
