Chevy 5.3 Noise Bad Bearing or Something Else

2005 Suburban started making this noise the other day. Seems to coming the front and is louder from under the car.

Have a similar noise in my 01 silverado 5.3 but i believe mine is a bad rod bearing. Whats the best way to tell from a rod bearing to a main bearing

I have a 2005 Silverado 138,000 miles with the exact same noise. Mechanic diagnosed it as most likely a main bearing and said I'd be looking at an engine swap. I guess this pretty well confirms the diagnosis. Did anyone drive on it a while? How long did it hold up? I'd like to buy a little time if I can.
Greg Geis Kiko Lara i had exact same noise i used lucas oil stabilizer and 20w50 oil castrol gtx and engine runing very smooth and good oil pressure for the last 15k miles im at 175k now noise started at 160k miles i was told by mechanic i need an engine rod knock but afyer using this lucas and 20w50 its very good just make sure u let idle for good 10 minutes at cold start in winter ❄️

Did this course of action quiet the noise or just allow you to keep driving?
Turned out to be a bad main bearing. Installing a used motor.
TheSchwanks How did they confirm it was the main bearing? It sounds probable, that's what my mechanic suggested, but it doesn't sound like any other main bearing noises I could find. Did they tear it down and confirm or just diagnose it and replace it?
