Thank you, Lyn. The mutable t-square from Saturn to Mercury and Jupiter in mutual reception reflects my challenge, presently, which is to put my expanded and enhanced bicycle training into a perspective that is spiritually meaningful to me. It is easy to get lost in the details of such, there-by distracting and deluding myself. With Neptune conjunct N. Node in Pisces, the lesson is quite clear. It is at least interesting that as Neptune prepares to leave Pisces, its lower octave enters this empathetic sign, reflecting Saturn's desire to bring physical manifestation to Pisces' better and higher impulses. I feel, in a very personal way, sad that Neptune is leaving its home sign. I have found enormous value and meaning with its transit there. Then again, with Pisces, we must be vigilant when we are idealizing things. We are all both good and bad. I was also reminded of Saturn's role in all of this when you spoke of protection and boundaries in regards to the brow chakra. When we have developed the lower chakras, we have a more realistic and grounded vibration that is less susceptible to energies that may confuse or even disturb us. "Go with love". With Saturn in Pisces, we can see how empathy (maybe ironically) can be our protection. You mentioned purple. When I do brow chakra work, I use amethyst (and not lapis, which I often use at the throat). Amethyst, as you know, has a Saturn connection. I am also thinking of Pluto's current relationship to Saturn as Pluto ingresses and transits in Aquarius. I would like to learn a lot more about Venus. Are there books you can recommend on its spiritual nature? Perhaps the most important thing that I need to learn from her is gentleness.

Lyn, you mentioned (I'm para-phrasing) feeling an increased energetic connection to the winter solstice as you gain temporal maturity. You also spoke of how the solstice has been happening ever since planet Earth has existed. It made me wonder if we (as a collective spiritual consciousness) created this paradox of the light appearing just when most- needed and least-expected. The re-appearance of the light just as we watch the candle of life about to be extinguished seems to me almost like a Zen riddle, designed to get us to look past our need for control, demanded by the ego. It also made me think of the inter-play between Saturn (restriction) and Jupiter (faith). Did our collective faith in something real create this beautiful manifestation of balance? What you have described and illustrated to us made me think of something else: How we, individually and collectively, have arranged reality in such a way that we must be forced by adversity for our intrinsic, if normally dormant, magical abilities to manifest. I love listening to you. You could engross entire auditorii.

As you spoke of Jupiter/Sagittarius and a more holistic way of thinking, it reminded me of one current example. Not a personal example, which would be more apt, but a sociological one: In the U.S., North Carolina specifically, the mountain region suffered (and is suffering) greatly from a recent hurricane. Much emergency aid was and is needed, but it was not forth-coming. The majority of voters in this region favor the republican party, but the republican politicians, as well as the democratic politicians, abandoned the people in their plight. This did not go un-noticed by the people, and as I paid close attention to the recent commentary, I noticed that none of the affected persons or private aid workers blamed the democratic politicians. They seemed to be quite aware that the representatives of neither major party had any empathy for those victims. This, in-and-of-itself, is a welcome change. What demonstrates the processes of unification or inclusiveness even more vividly, is the fact that the people of the area (and all those volunteers from all over the U.S., who traveled there) got organized and got busy, making small but critical steps toward progress amongst the devastation. This is adding up to a remarkable resurrection, one that seemed unlikely just weeks before. I loved what you had to say about the Nodal shift. Have you noticed any re-aligning towards unification in your personal life or in society where you live? Thank you for this promising, integrated picture, Lyn.

...and look at you now: You're a great story-teller. My mother told me that I needed to learn how to "bite my tongue", because I was a bit impulsive and un-restrained with what I thought and felt. Nevertheless, when I began doing throat chakra work, I found a lot of debris to remove (breathing in through the front of my neck and out through the back). Although I spoke (and rebelled) a lot, I was not getting to inner feelings deep enough to evoke a catharsis. I have found it an on-going process, and have no doubt that much of the stagnation is from genetic memory. How do you get on with your throat chakra now? Thanks so much for sharing your story.

Yes, the throat is connected to the heart literally by the strip of muscles that move our tongue, so what we say is directly related to what's in our heart . When we don't say what we feel, there's a real blockage of those unsaid words and it causes all kinds of symptoms. I had a similar experience to yours , unexpressed grief that I couldn't even admit to myself, causing illness , and only finally letting the tears overwhelm me dissolved the illness. Sometimes saying what we want may not be possible directly, but letting the tears out is the next best thing , they are literally a water solution , a flow of feelings. Or just acknowledging our true feelings is a relief, if tears are not necessary-, like writing, art, etc.

I missed the first Venus Moon gate event, but I would like very much to be part of this current by practicing a reverence for the divine feminine principle. Do you have other videos on this subject? Natally, I have an exact sextile of Mars in Libra to Venus at 24 Sagittarius, and I will be experiencing a Venus return very soon, so would like to maximize its potential benefit for the collective. I had not thought of bringing Venus to my root chakra meditations. It makes sense, since red and green are complimentary colors.
