(im a top 100 player with everything blackbordered solo and coop + top 1, 2 and 3 boss medals in normal and elite, im using all top strats to better your tierlist) overall you seem like a casual player but this tierlist is something closer to what a pro would make :)

I like the ninja monkey and the bottom path with the homeland defense and alchemist can almost solo a bad and i was also disappointed with the reasults

I feel like there are a few things that you could so better. That Quincy placement seemed really awful and a few upgrades/paths seemed unoptimal. For example it wasnt worth it to buy a second village and upgrade it to 3-0-2, especially sicne Ninjas arent Primary Monkeys and thus dont benefit from the buff given by the primary boosting village. The 0-2-4 Ninja was also kind of bad because 1-0-4 is way better since it shoots its high damage bombs more often wi. Overall a nice idea thoughth the top crosspath

You didn't lose any lives because of the Legend of the night's passive ability black hole which will absorb any bloons that are about to cross the finish line for 8 seconds. it recharges every 2:30 min

You need to play polychrome as the first card in this combo. That would have been something like 1.5 x 2 x1.5 x 2 x 1.5 x 2 keep hold of DNA for as long as you can get 30 plus of 1 card whilst removing all other cards.

I wouldn't have gotten rid of Bloodstone, since you seem to be duplicating mainly Queens and Kings you could have focused on the red ones for more Bloodstone value.

I usually like to place a monkey ace and get spectre as soon as possible, then pair it with MIB so it can pop the DDTs in later rounds. Gets me to round 100 fairly easily.
