I’ve always been a KDot fan and proud of it! This album made me bop, cry, mean mug & bounce. The range of emotions was and still is CRAZY! I will always love me some KDot. Crazy thing is like 90% of this album was recorded in one week in March of 2014. You can hear what would eventually become the sound of Swimming here. Something poetic about his darkest album being the last to be released too. Mac was one of a kind no doubt.

i never thought id see the day where this album came out. as someone who was listening when this was still just a leak on soundcloud, they barely changed anything at all on this album, macs legacy really is one of the best treated legacies after his passing. i only wish they put 'he finally sleeps' on here. maybe on a deluxe or something. but yea, this album is a piece of art, wish more people reacted to it

But it REALLY IS the high, then you’re on the ride, and you think you’re learning the truth but you’re questioning that truth, til the end, where that “truth” you thought were finding dissipates, and your trip crashes, and your time comes. He tries to reach out to God on tomorrow will never know and God just doesn’t pick up the phone. For example week 1 “Squabble Up” went #1, week 2 it was replaced by “TV Off” being #1, then week three that was replaced by “Luther” being #1. This has never happened in the charts (Billboard’s) 66 year history!
