Is it wise to travel with children or children are also ties please 🙏 answer thus question for me
Hello, thanks for your question. When applying for a B-2 visa, it's crucial to demonstrate strong ties to your home country. Traveling with your kids can support your case by indicating that your visit is a temporary family vacation. On the other hand, leaving your kids behind can also be a strong tie, suggesting you have compelling reasons to return home. Regardless of which option you choose, it's important to show additional ties, such as employment, property, or other family commitments, to clearly establish your intention to return to your home country after your visit. Simply having kids in your home country is not a sufficiently compelling ground to prove ties! I hope it helps! Take care and all the very best to you!
Hi mam I have selected english langhuage for my visa interview But i think i am more comfortable with my native language gujarati or hindi Can i request officer change my language at time of interview Or what can i do for change my language
Hello, Thank you for your question. If you are having your visa interview in your home country, the visa officers should be able to conduct the interview in Hindi if needed. You can request this at the time of your interview as well. However, it's best to check with the specific US consulate or embassy in advance where you plan to have your interview to confirm and be sure that they can support services in the language of your choice. I wish you all the best in your upcoming visa interview. Take care 🙏

CAN YOU WORK IN THE UNITED STATES ON A B1 B2 VISA IF KNOW HOW CAN YOU WORK
Hello, thank you for your question. As regards working rights, unfortunately you cannot work in the United States on a B1/B2 visa. The B2 visa is strictly for tourism, pleasure, or visiting purposes and B1 visa is for business purposes, such as attending conferences, negotiating contracts, or consulting with business associates. It does not permit you to perform actual work or receive payment from a U.S. source for employment. If you need to work in the US, you will need to apply for a work visa like an H1B or L1 or any another appropriate visa that permits employment. I hope it helps. All the best and take care 🙏

Hello The Lawyer! Can I suggest growing your (TH-cam channel)?
How are you sis. I made a mistakes & i discovered that '' fill out DS-260 form with out sociai media questions''.(on may 21,2024). Do you think it might cause denied visa? what should i do? or how to inform the consular officer at my interview about the mistake? (remember; i don't have any kind of national security suspiciousness; & i'm a single applicat)
Hello, Thank you for your question. I don't think it is a big problem. You can simply fill out a new DS-160 with information about your social media accounts and carry the confirmation page of both the old and the newly filled DS-160. When the visa officer asks for the reason, you can inform them briefly about missing social media information. For more clarity on this topic, you can view this video on Correcting DS-160 errors. (th-cam.com/video/sepmJIbnHq0/w-d-xo.html ) It will prove to be very helpful. I wish you all the very best for a successful visa interview. Take care 👍
@@legalopolis thank you very much, i'm a DV 2025 lottery winner and processing for immigrat visa, submitted DS-260 form on may 21,2024 (without providing social media account) by mistake, but i never post bad contents, scrolling and watching only for the cognitive process of acquiring skills or knowledge.
I have over stayed in US few years ago.but I returned home before five years end.My son's planning to take his wedding in US. He is a PHD student. How can I get visa to participate the wedding.plese tell me the way to get visa
Hello, thank you for your question. While no one can guarantee the outcome of a visa application, the best approach is to apply for a US Visa and prepare your answers honestly and genuinely. When addressing a past overstay during your visa application and interview, it's crucial to acknowledge it honestly and provide a clear explanation as to why you had to overstay. If the overstay was unintentional or due to force majeure or extenuating circumstances, bring along any supporting documentation so that the visa officer understands your situation clearly. Explain the steps you undertook to rectify the situation, such as voluntarily returning to your home country. Additionally, remember to demonstrate strong ties to your home country, like stable employment, family responsibilities, or property ownership, to indicate your intention to return after attending your son's wedding. It's important to explain what has changed since your last visit and why the visa officer should trust that you won't overstay this time. This approach helps establish credibility and reassure visa officers of your eligibility and intent to comply with visa regulations. I hope this helps and I wish you all the very best with your upcoming visa application. Take care

Apart from land or house can one present car document to back his or her financial standing?
Hi, Thank you for your question. In my opinion even though ownership and registration documents for a car can be included to demonstrate financial stability, they may not significantly impress the Visa Officer about your financial stability compared to more substantial financial assets like property or investments. I hope this answers your question. I wish you all the very best for your upcoming visa interview. Take care
Should I bring copy or real propery form?
Hi, thanks for your question. In my opinion please bring the original along with 1-2 copes so that in case the visa officer wants to keep the document for records, you still have your original document with you. Bringing original document also helps the visa officer verify the authenticity of your copies. I hope it helps. Wishing you all the very best 👍

Hello, My mom has interview on next month. Does she need to translate the property proof document from native language to english?
Hi, Thanks for your question. In my opinion, any document that is not in English must be translated into English for a U.S. visa application. It's advisable to have them done by a professional translator if that's possible because this will add authenticity to the translation, and will ensure that the U.S. consulate or embassy officials can properly review, understand and rely on the the contents of the documents during your mom's interview. I hope it helps and I wish your mom all the very best for her upcoming visa interview. Take care!

Hello ma ,my sister will be graduating and she has invited me in the us but my husband too is there ,is it going to disturb my traveling to the us?
Hi, Thanks for your question. Based on your question, I am assuming that you will be traveling to the US without your husband. And in that regard, I feel that your sister inviting you to her graduation should not disturb your travel plans, provided you have the appropriate proof of the graduation event happening at the college or university, such as an invitation letter from your sister along with an email or any proper confirmation from the University from their official email or on their official letterhead . Also carry some proof of your sister being in the US like a copy of her visa and passport. I feel it would help strengthen your case and substantiate the purpose of your visit. If your husband is staying behind and not traveling with you, It can actually strengthen your visa application, showing strong reasons for you to return back to your home country after after attending the graduation ceremony. Additionally, just to be on a safer side, you can carry proof of your marriage, such as a marriage certificate or a copy your husband's passport with your name in it or 1-2 family photos, to demonstrate your relationship (it will come in handy if the visa officer is curious to know more about your husband). Also be prepared to answer why your husband is not traveling with you. I hope it helps. I wish you all the very best. Take care.

I want this question to be answered am married and my wife vacation is not the same time with my how will I convince them for that
Based on my understanding of your situation, it seems that you and your wife have different travel dates for your tourist visa to the US. If this is the case, it's crucial to be completely honest in your responses to the visa officer and to provide a genuine explanation for the difference in your vacation schedules. This explanation should be supported by relevant documentation, such as family commitments, employment schedules, or any other legitimate reasons for this discrepancy in your travel dates. Honesty and transparency are key throughout the visa application process to ensure credibility and increase the likelihood of a successful outcome. I hope it helps. All the very best to you!
Can I use a B1/B2 visa? I'm an Indonesian automotive entrepreneur who wants to come to the United States for seven days. My main objective is to conduct a business study tour, and I'll also be spending three days in New York for a quick training installation?
Based on your inputs, it seems like you will be traveling for 1) business consulting and 2) participating in short term training for 3 days. If that is correct, then you can apply for B1 visa. But remember that on B1 visa it is crucial that all activities are for a temporary period like indulging in temporary business activities and you must not get any remuneration nor must you engage in paid work! I hope it helps and wishing you all the very best! 👍

Hey how did your interview go?
I have applied l for U.S. visa , I have previous visa which expired in 2018, now Iam facing one criminal case, which i have mentioned honestly in visa form , I was a director in a bank, some fraud was discovered in 2011,since i was a director, i was also named under criminal investigation as a probable accuse and i was arrested and immediately released on bail. SOON I AM APPLYING FOR DISCHARGE from thìs case to The Hon.Court . How many chances are there in getting visa
Hi, thanks for your question. Whether you will get a visa depends on a few factors like the purpose of your visit and if the consular offer thinks you have compelling reasons to return to your home country. If you have good and genuine reasons for your trip and they are convinced by your strong ties to your home country, then there's a possibility that they might approve it. But it's totally up to the embassy official interviewing you and will decide based on your situation. However, it’s worth a try! I wish you all the very best 👍
@@legalopolis thanks for guiding me
Hi Madam, My interview is this week , can i tell if i am visiting my relatives or i wanna visit tourist destinations, if i confirmed i am visiting my relatives i need to carry their green card or documents? Please reply
Hello, You can state that your purpose for traveling to the US is to visit your (name of the relation like brother/sister/daughter/son) and to explore a few tourist attractions . If your relatives are willing to share their Green Card copy or even a copy of their passport with you, it's advisable to carry it to the interview but present it to the visa officer only if they request as proof of your relationship. It's recommended to carry two types of proof: 1) evidence of your relative's residency in the USA (such as a visa or Green Card or simply a copy of their passport because in my opinion, through the passport number the visa officer can check their visa status), and 2) documentation demonstrating your intention to visit tourist destinations. I hope it helps. All the very best to you. Thanks
I have 6 kids one is deseased, if they asked how manykids ihave should i include the one thats deceased ?
It's always best to answer honestly and truthfully. So you can say, "I have six children, one of whom is deceased." This provides the necessary information to visa officer while also acknowledging the unfortunate family circumstances on your end, truthfully. I hope it helps. Wishing you all the very best!

I am going on a vacation to visit my family member.. the question now is how will i place the answer to purpose of visit very well?
You need to inform them that the reason for your travel is to visit a relative (specify the relationship, like; my sister, daughter, uncle, brother, or friend). Additionally, ensure you carry copies of their visa and passport, if available, and have sufficient knowledge about their place of residence and their occupation. I hope it helps. Hello My mother has applied for US visiting visa because my elder brother has married a Us citizen girl. So now she is pregnant. So my mother need to go to usa for visiting. So what all question do the interviewr ask. What all documents should i carry for the interview
Hello, the visa officer could possibly ask some of these questions.. obviously, I cannot guarantee that these questions will be asked, but these are some of the probable ones that I can suggest your mom prepares for 1. Purpose of her visit to the United States. As Proof of her reason for travel, I would suggest that you mother carries documents related to your sister-in-law's pregnancy. 2. They might ask questions about the duration of her stay like how long wil she be in the US.. make sure the answer is aligned with what you wrote in DS160 and also the expected delivery date of your sister-in-law. 3. They might also be interested in knowing the visa status of your bother. Make sure your mom carries a copy of your brother’s visa, passport and also an invitation letter to support her answer. 4. The VO might ask about the where your mom will be staying and who will be funding her visit. Or how will she support your brother’s family? 5. Questions might also be around Financial stability and so make sure she is able to support her answer by carrying copy of bank statements or income tax returns. 6. And they might want to know about her intent to return back to the US. She must be able to prove strong ties to her home country to convince the VO of her return back from the US. 7. They might also want to know about your mother’s previous visit to the US. So these are some of the probable questions that they might ask. Make sure the answers are honest and to the point. I hope it helps. I wish your mom all the very best for her upcoming visa interview. Take care

Mam i forget to write my salary in ds 160 form and i pay already fees now what's solution?
Hello, normally it depends on the embassy and their policy and they can best guide you! However, since you already have an appointment scheduled, you could fill out another DS160 form, including your salary, download and print the new DS160 confirmation page. This time, double-check for errors. On the day of your interview, make sure to bring both DS160 confirmation pages, the old and the new ones, and label them correctly to avoid confusion. Inform the staff at the visa office that you corrected an omission from your previous DS160 by filling out another one. Their decision might depend on whether they will consider this omission as a material mistake in your application or not. And therefore, they will be able to assist you. Though I can't guarantee this will help, it's worth a try. OR, you can share the new updated DS160 with the embassy explaining your case and request them to incorporate this change well before your interview or seek guidance from them as regards next steps. I hope it helps. All the very best to you!
Excellent vlog 👍
Thank you very much and all the best 🙏
I would like get b1b2 visa My Documents : Company brossure,, Company building rent agreement,,conversations Emails with an American,, My company is a tourism business company. Can i hope b1b2 visa?
Hi, thanks for asking. Normally the documents needed are very specific to each individual’s personal situation. But on a generic level You will need a letter of invitation from your American friend and some documents that can authenticate their ID or an invitation from the USA based host organization on their letterhead, or/and Strong proof of ties to your home country so that you can convince the visa officer that you will return to your home county after your period of stay is over. Business documents from your home country, such as business license, registration, or letter from your employer if you don’t own the business yourself, as regards the tourism business. These are some of the documents you will need. My suggestions is that it is always best to look at your situation objectively and try to make sure that you are able to convince the visa officer in the 2-3 minutes that they will be interviewing you, that you don’t have an immigrant intent and you have strong compelling reasons to come back to your home county once the duration of your visa is over. I wish you all the very best and good luck 👍
