If them played like it should’ve played this year they would look a lot like Penn State. We should’ve relied on our running backs and not our stupid quarterback. Of course, Ron should’ve been a whole lot better than it was too. But if you run the ball, they become a lot more physical than trying to pass all the time.
A brutally honest opinion of what needs to happen at Bama in 2025. Great show/episode guys. Awesome! Some of the best Bama content on media!
Cry and complain, then get beat by a very down michigan team and show everyone you did not belong in the playoffs. What a joke alabama has turned out to be and will be for years to come enjoy the new cfp and bama not in it 😂😂😂😂
"Let the name of Milroe be stricken from every book and tablet, stricken from all pylons and obelisks, stricken from every monument of Alabama... Let the name of Milroe be unheard and unspoken, erased from the memory of men for all time."
Unfortunately not very well. He will be in the class of like Mike Shula, Scott Hunter and Walter Lewis. Decent QB but also very mistake prone.
Gibbs and Jameson Williams were better than guys on team already.
I'm glad to see more physical run-oriented college football coming back. Back when I played 20 years ago that was the style and really enjoy it much more than no huddle spread it out
So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, adieu, Adieu, adieu, to yieu and yieu and yieu.
The sack on 4thb down and the 1st INT by Milroe were the same exact play and Michigan played a zone both times. Milroe locked in on the same WR both times not reading the DB zoned out in the flat
Proctor and Pritchett need to go on a diet plain and simple
I think there will be some changes at the tackle position
Who runs the team? The players or the coach? That’s my question.
Right now? The players. DeBoer has not made winning his highest priority.
How are you gonna have a prayer get a 15 yard unsportsmanlike penalty pull them out for one play talk to him turn around and walk away. Another player comes over and gives him like a high-five or handshake. He should be out of the game altogether.
One play was the most they could spare from a depth/experience standpoint. At least he was pulled for a play and it was addressed. When Moore kicked the ball and acted a fool at the end of Vandy game-nothing. When Law got personal foul late 4Q in Knoxville. When Milroe throws INT in Norman and chooses to attempt to trip the DB rather than tackle him resulting in TD. When Moore had to be restrained in Auburn game.
The OC should be on the hot seat. He should actually be demoted or fired, but he should definitely be on the hot seat.
You can say what you want about Simpson. But he had absolutely zero chance to start this year. He should’ve played quite a bit, bit Deboer chose to take the ego of one player over the whole team. Huge huge mistake on his part. Saban would never do that
Proctor and Pritchett both need to be moved in to guard. They are not tackles are too big. They’re too cumbersome too slow unless they both want a major diet. Lose some freaking weight.
It didn’t help that he was tipping plays. And apparently had been doing it for a better part of the season. That’s why people knew what bama was doing.
Travis I see you finally agree with me on Bama’s fat non-athletic offensive line comments I made a month ago. Happy New Year.
I said this watching the game about the D as well. Mich QB was running around and our D linemen looked like they were running in mud.
Legacy ? The simple and obvious answer is that he'll be remembered as the worst QB , of which he bears little resemblance at the position , to become a fixture at Alabama since Don Jacobs 45 years ago . He was far more dangerous and costly to Alabama than any opponent .
Deboer lost me not pulling milroe. Im not impressed.
Who’s he playing? Ty? Really
Byrne needs to have an honest, factual, evaluation with DeBoer about the ‘24 season. The results were below Alabama’s standards.
I don’t know what Bama Fans expected this year. I predicted 9-4 to 10-3. Team was flawed and started under Saban
🙄 We simply expected the $10 million Washington wonder-coach to win the games he should have won against vastly inferior talent - i.e. Vandy, depleted Oklahoma, and depleted Michigan! Losing even one of those is mind-boggling, especially THE WAY he lost them scoring only 3 against Oklahoma and only 13 against Michigan backup defense!
@@Taurus-k2xIt’s very clear what Alabama fans expect - AT A MINIMUM, to win against inferior opposition.
You are quite right to say that Byrne should give K. DeBoer a stern talking to.
@@NoSerfdomDamn straight.
Milroe will always be remembered for the '23 Aub game. Had he been a better QB we would have won the natty last year. Recall a careless fumble he had early in the 4th quarter in the Rose Bowl. Sometimes he was great, and sometimes he was awful.
Unfortunately not true for me. I will remember him for the Oklahoma game. Thats the most memorable thing he did this year and it was not memorable in a good way
Nonone ever talks about that fumble in the semifinal. I agree 100% we had the momentum we were driving to put it away, and he does that shit.
This game is like going to a nice steakhouse, ordering chicken, asking for a dessert menu, and getting fruitcake.
Bama has no opt outs.
I hope Michigan doesn't run it down our throats like they did against Ohio State. We do have a knack of falling flat on our face on occasion. Of course we should win but don't be surprised
Why couldn't they match up Alabama with at least a ranked team?
Because someone had the idea that if Alabama beat a completely depleated rebuilding Michigan team, it would somehow revenge the loss to a Michigan team that now has 18 players on nfl active rosters. (JJ is hurt).
Michigan is a great opponent for Alabama to play. They have no offense. I’m actually for Michigan Im seeing 27-10 bama.
You ask any running back and they will tell you they need carries to get the rhythm of the game. Fact you saying 10 to 15 rushes you better get out there and show your stuff. Come on Travis wake up.
The point is if a back if good enough you’ll figure out a way to get him more touches. Like the case cited with Henry and Kiffin in 2015. Go back to sleep Pat lol.
Also, Richard Young is not better thanjustoce Haynes. He can’t catch very well. Plain and simple!
Also, Richard Young is not better thanjustoce Haynes. He can’t catch very well. Plain and simple!
I guess we’re going to find out about Young soon enough Pat. I’m thinking he’ll finish runs pretty well.
Why in the hell would you keep Milroe in for the better part of the game. If bama is winning 28 to 3 at halftime. Give some meaningful snaps. To Ty and Mack. Get a preview for next year. I’m done with Milroe. We need to move on. Let him come in for a series or two and then sit out. Not chance him getting hurt.
@@PatrickTrotter-q2t who the hell said not to give Simpson snaps if you’re up 28-3? Of course he’ll get snaps in that scenario.
Good stuff boys, will be working during the game, catch you later!
RTR❤
Just give Michigan 14 points to start with or Milroe will give it to them . Would have great been great if Ty Simpson was starting , but keep on relying on this dud. .
You predicted the future
Missed your show Travis, happy new year!
@@KeithStegall-j7m thanks Keith! Happy New Year!
With the crazy amounts of money these guys are making to play college football there should be 0 opt outs!! When you normal folks out there are being paid a salary, go to your boss just before a big moment at work and tell him your gonna opt out that day, see how that works out!!
You said it, “normal folks”. These ain’t normal times in big time CFB. As long as “normal folks” are willing to watch and contribute $$$, this is where it’s going.
Crying complain all you want don't get blown out by Oklahoma BLOWN OUT BY OKLAHOMA
Conf title games aren’t necessary. I’d be fine if they eliminated them. SEC crowned a Conf Champ for decades before ever hosting a Conf Champ game. However, if the Conf’s want the TV money for the Conf Title game, then it has to count as postseason.
I agree. Conference title games are post season. And Jeanty got totally robbed. Period. IDC what others think. (opinion rant)
P r. Espn promoted Hunter by putting him on gameday not in his own game. With signs etc..they let Deon go too far promoting on their time and not other candidates.
@SS11660 Jeanty BROKE records AND his team is in the playoffs. I think how this went down was ridiculous. SMH. Heisman winners have teams with championship hopes. Too much...and so many other athletes overlooked.
All these bama fans saying Bama shouldnt be in didnt realize it could have been our last chance in a while....ole miss all the sudden has millions
The man mbawke had his own podcast courtesy of the athletic department..given 6 figures, school paid for and his family and friends back home getting to his head that's what ruins these young kids we've seen it happen before all of us
Those WRs never got the targets they needed. Maybe they know more about what Milroe is doing than we do
You deserve what you got !!!
Damn that's a pretty challenging schedule... let's hope the committee starts to value strength of schedule along with us not losing to lower tier SEC teams
RTR❤
Thinking Belichick knows what the pros wants that is an interest most players ambitions follow. They may perceive they are getting a Nick Saban. Many kids are raised by Grampa they relate ! It will be exciting to watch and fill the stadiums too.
Online school is easy. They give you your entire curriculum at once. You have a guideline on how much to do each week but you can do more. I did 2 years of shcool in a little less than 6 months.
WTH is the SEC doing. This is the laziest way they could schedule, just flipping the site of this past years schedule. There was so much inequity in the conference schedule from team to team in 2024 and they are doing nothing to address that in 2025. The SEC really needs to add 4 more teams and move to a four division format with five teams each.
How many jr. college teams are they going to play for non conference games this year.
Peevish rump.
I see 10 P4 teams on that schedule. Nobody in the country is scheduling more than two P4 non conference games unless they're taking paychecks.
None. OOC games are FSU and Wiscy. Weak and uninformed troll.
Writers can’t be trusted either!
@@bigd1996 what about the BCS formula? Seemed to work great, except for Alabama winning NCs lol.
