Replace that sloppy shift coupler with our completely redesigned version. Due to their age and use, chances are your factory piece is worn or failed to the point that your shifter feel is vague with excessive throw. The Rennline shift coupler is built to last without any loss of shifter feel. Pair this with our TR04 ExactShift Billet Short Shifter for the ultimate gear changing adventure. PELIC...

Really? Split washer lock washers on critical bolts in the suspension? And I saw you tightening the rear suspension's lower lever for the pullrod without a torque wrench?

We are not tourists have lived in Japan for 26 years…certainly find your comment that Japanese hate tourist very offensive indeed
@@brucewilson719 then as locals you should be ashamed and know better. I'm sorry if you find it offensive but this is just not smart. If you're a local quit acting like a tourist
The laughing regarding this road throughout the video illustrates why tourist are so hated.
Why don’t you ship the car to Japan atleast you can drive it there often

It’s a Machsr7 Honda K24A built by McGregor Motorsport in Christchurch New Zealand 2022
What car was that?
What is the function of the material you applied between the aluminum floor pan and the frame? Adhesive? Sound deadening? Anti-corrosion between two dissimilar materials? Water proofing?
Simply an adhesive to assure solid contact…it’s common in that construction and compliant to the building requirements
nice !!! really cool sound
It’s a Hewland Variant but I’ll confirm that with Elvis…stunning car
What gearbox is that ? VW? Or hewland variant?

Russell it was a great project indeed, living in Japan and going down to Christchurch in New Zealand every 4-6 weeks. I was very fortunate to have McGregor Motorsport build the car, you can see more about the build in the video series on tis channel. I am happy to answer and questions.

Saw a few modern cars there, wish Meguiars would decide if the criteria for entry is 25 years or older, or open to newer performance \ show cars. Looks like a good show.
YES I agree but I emailed them with my car details and they said please come....there were a lot of modern cars and I think like me the majority of people I met loved the diversity.

Well let’s see the damn things in action! I’d like to see how easy the car lifts and moves.
That’s going to be made soon
Check the video today, so simple and it's not new technology we have been using them in the workshop for ages...just fist time I have had to use in a domestic garage.

All that lovely brand new billet parts and you guys aren't even using nylon nuts or at least thread lock.... that car will rattle itself to pieces after a year
Absolutely correct but that video was in set up and it came apart several times over that year…it’s all locked up and in 10 months and 2,500kms not a rattle and spanner check just done on entire car…
Where did you guys get the muffler from?
