This ditachment is very difficult to practice...seems contradictory given that we develop particular attachments to particular people defined by the symbiote type of connection we have...can someone eleborate on this? what is unbiased attachment?
I am far from an expert on this.. but I think the first step is to look into your mind (even the body, as attachment can feel like a physical sensation of trying to grasp onto something) and recognize there is attachment, just be aware of it and try not to identify with it
