Is it a legal requirement in Australian that if their is no window the fan has to be on the same switch as the light?
@@Sylvania_roadster it’s not a legal requirement, but common practice. I don’t think it’s an electrical requirement I’ve been told it’s to do with the building code/regulations. Been meaning to look into it
it had a nice end glow on the start up :)
Hey will, i have one of these and revently the blade stopped spinning completely but the shutter still opens and closes on the regular delay. Any idea what part to replace ?
I don't think I have seen a 52" Martec before, This is a 1st for me! Great video
Mine are 56 inch
Ayeeeee haha thanks for the shoutout man!
Nice you have lots of mistrals I have two of these on long down rods with clipper lights from 2001
The martecs I meant
Does anyone know the difference of a maxi urban and an urban, because my urban has not got the raised bit of diecast at the pe cell socket however the back cover does not say maxi cut in the UR of urban. The info sticker just says urban on it. It is 80mv and is dated in 2004. I was installed on a stupidly long arm too high up ubove a main road. its safe to say the hallogen traffic lights below could have been brighter then the urban. the other lights are b3000 mk2s and roadsters. i was able to score a streetled mk3 L14, roadster 150hps and the urban from the lineys as the poles where getting taken down.
@@Sylvania_roadster could be a labeling error at the factory or they were using up spare parts. No streetlights have ever been halogen you might be referring to high pressure sodium the orange coloured lights.
@willpower3544 ok, I was referring to the traffic light 🚦set below, I have the same traffic lights in my collection and the old ones use halogen ballasts and halogen bulbs in them and this set it old
Nice video, Great job. Theres a 200mm Lenco Exhaust fan from the 1980s? That I am looking at removing, This video was very helpful
I have a 2006 mazda tribute 3.0. It's right at 199,000 and runs like a beast!! I live in Nebraska and have had it a little over a year.. it had no issues getting me through the deep snow over the winter time.... and surprisingly ..... it has little to no rust.
Oh Will you're my knight in shining armour! I've been searching everywhere for info on my weird, shitty bathroom fan/light unit, but all with no success...until now. 😍 The bloody thing is getting noisier by the minute. So noisy I can't hear myself think while I'm avoiding society! Now I know what to replace it with. Thank you! 🏅
If you open it up and put sewing machine oil or chainsaw oil in the bearings and give it a clean it will quiet down. No need to throw away a perfectly good vintage fan.
HI
I have a m80 urban now, can I run a self ignition sodium 70w globe in it?
i will be getting an urban 80mv this friday from a linesman, because the pole is in the way of a new traffic light intersection, and i cant wait to get it 😊😊 i realy like the urban, b2224, suburban, b3000, roadster, b2223, ect
I love those Mistralaires
Nice.
Looks nice! Still are in good condition, Are these older Clipsal's?
What a great fan and a noisy sound
I have one of these in 56 inch
One of my local Bakeries has 2 Mistral MCFLA48's In them and they have been slowly modernizing the bakery so I just asked if I can have 1st option if they plan to remove/replace them and I recommended them these because not only are they well-built but they also look nice to a building which would be at least 40 years old if not older. I love to see that after all these years they still use these beehive canopies. One of the best made ceiling fans for New Zealand and Australia.
Practical vehicle. Useful. I see one that's a pristine white Ford Tribute. Yes, that's the badge. Interesting! The rear seat truly provides a FLAT cargo floor! Many SUVs are so cramped that their cargo space is basically the equivalent of a sedan trunk, or there is too much sh*t in the way (rear seat crap cupholders), or bulky seats that never fold flat.
Can We see a full video of it installed on its original controller? Thanks
1:04 i like the mix of two songs😊
Could you please do a video about the urban maxi, is it aroscreen?
I will make a video on it, It’s not step screen, I don’t have a lens for it.
@@willpower3544oki 😁
This is what it would have originally looked like, It wouldn't have had that bell canopy as I would assume someone grabbed it from a parts ceiling fan and grabbed that down rod from something else, I don't think the blade irons are also original as they appear to be slightly different in design
56" Mistrals are a lot bigger in person, I saw a black one at a bar, Most of the fans there were painted black so its likely it was a different color. If it was black that would be cool because the black mistrals are really rare
Omg, Thats a lot of fans for one house. Seem to be regularly used too which is good for them, Otherwise the capacitors could go bad.
Do you know Where to you get the duct cone that goes on top of the exhaust fan? great vid btw
2004 tribute dx 5 speed is FULL of pep! Dont generalize the tribute as slow, bc yours has a problem.
Since you’re in Australia how did you get an SMC Park Avenue
I found it on marketplace. They must’ve been sold here I don’t know how else it would be here
Nice urban, i see the urban had a stirrup as a spigot, i do the same too, good idea 😁😁
no-one cares it is not fast. it is an suv🙂
I love your display!
very weird..
The tram is still running it reopened early 2024 with new people in charge
The last steam train left from Pemberton tramway in 2006 October too Eastbrook siding then return as a tourist attraction
I like your Australian circular exhaust fans
I like these circular exhaust fans dude
Oh okay
Dc ceiling fans seem to spin slower bra cause of the current the Moyer is giving
These are AC fans.
Nice fans
I'll be driving a 2006 Mazda Tribute as my first car and the few times I've driven it it's been pretty great
Does anyone know the specifications of this fan? What model, the power input, voltage, current, and stuff?
2:28 , what was that street light? is it a thorn beta that you had on the shed?
I like the f18t8 tubes, i realy like tubes with green end caps. Thats why i have philips alto f18t8.
I have the clipper light version of this which is a heller ruby and it’s quite good but they have have this brackets on the ball joint that’s held in by 3 screws and it’s a pretty dumb desighn
I have an smc wattmaster ceiling aswell pretty much the exact same as that one but its a newer mmodel KA48p from 1996
Napoleon Dynamite of car reviews
We have a 2006 2.3L 4 cylinder automatic FWD. It's been through blizzards, hauled literal tons of rusty steel, and only needed an alternator, idler pulley, and control arm refresh (aside from the normal consumables of course). Speedy no- reliable on back roads- absolutely. Only get 23 mpg on a good day but that's not terrible for a small truck/camper. Oh yeah, the headliner fabric is now sagging but a few spiral pins hold it in place pretty good.
