    This was great to see, my cake we added addition of chocolate chips to it and then for the topping my grandmother must’ve not had coconut so she improvised and used Wheaties cereal flakes. That’s all I knew growing up, never heard of the coconut addition. I’ll let you know how it turns out it’s been about 20 or 30 years since I made it. I am very excited.

      BOLO DE AMÊNDOA RÁPIDA Rend .: 8 porções; Tempo de preparação: 5 minutos; Tempo de cozimento: 30 minutos 2 1/2 xícaras de farinha de amêndoa 1 xícara de açúcar 4 ovos 1/2 colher de chá de sal 1/4 colher de chá de extrato de amêndoa 1/2 colher de chá de extrato de baunilha 3 colheres de sopa de açúcar bruto Um punhado de amêndoas fatiadas Pré-aqueça o forno a 350 F. Prepare uma forma de bolo lubrificando, cortando papel vegetal para caber no fundo e depois lubrificando o papel. Combine em um processador de alimentos a farinha de amêndoa, sal e açúcar e processe por 40 segundos. Adicione os ovos, misturando após a adição de cada um. Adicione os extratos e misture até ficar bem misturado, por mais 5 segundos. Despeje em uma assadeira preparada e polvilhe com o açúcar bruto e as amêndoas fatiadas, se você os tiver (eu não tinha nenhuma amêndoa fatiada, então apenas polvilhei açúcar!). Asse por 30 minutos, até que um palito saia com um pouco de migalhas de bolo. Deixe esfriar na panela por dois minutos, solte a borda com uma faca e inverta em uma gradinha. Deixe esfriar. Re-inverta o bolo em um prato e sirva.

    we must be the only 2 ppl on the planet that knows about this recipe...i would make this all the time when i was a kid and there was little in the house to eat and this was a good snack cake...never got around to making the topping tho.... i hate it when they took it off the back off the box...thank you for the post

      i just made one tonight....had to look up the recipe since it no longer on the box and found you.....my wife is younger then me...she never seen anyone bake from scratch.....neither have my kids....im 56....thank you for making my evening...hey...im looking for a soft/chewy oatmeal cookie recipe....if you can help a brother that would be great...

      Perry Stockard try this for a soft oatmeal cookie: use the Tollhouse cookie recipe on the Nestles Chocolate chip bag and replace half the flour with qick cooking oatmeal. Use raisins instead of choc chips. Or, if you're not into raisins, to really get fancy use choc chips and instead of nuts, use dried sour cherries.

    Thank you for posting this information - I purchased my minis, but had no idea what to do with them! I have been scared to try the recipes in the recipe book because they seem very complicated. Thank you for helping me figure out something to do with my minis other than set them on the counter to gather dust!
