No one joins CA to quit but the institute just traps so many innocent and talented minds in this course that I have seen people getting mentally and physically affected. I am not against the profession but please don't put mental and physical health on the line. It is just a course if you have the caliber you will be successful, I am doing well in my life after quitting CA.

To be frank I am the same.. I'm Tamil born and raised in the USA but never gelled well with the culture of US and the people.. Hence started consuming lot of Desi culture/videos/standup of all languages like Tamil (my native tongue), then Hindi, Punjabi a little I can actually replicate exactly. Then I started to love Telugu language too and I started watching many movies in Telugu and I can understand a good bit of it. It just came naturally. Next, I fell in love with Bangla language and I can also speak just a little like Jamie Lever. I know random facts about India and in such intricacy on language that even my parents are shocked kind of haha! Now I am fluent in Tamil, Hindi, English but learning much more. Much love from NYC!!
