Nice demonstration thanks for sharing. Doing some work on a mantle currently!
Thank you! This was extremely useful!
❤❤it good video 😊😊
Good heat-gun, scraper and a wire brush will handle most of this. I usually finish it off with a sander. Boom no mineral spirits or long wait time.
The white cube lighter blocks are the most dirty stinky dumb things u can use. This is bad bbq information😢
This is exactly what I have been needing!!!!!!! Great tips and techniques. A million thanks!
Great tips!!!! Thanks!!!
Thanks for sharing. Great video.
Probably a good idea to make a pair so the opposite end of the door doesn't get damaged. Thank you. I will be making a pair in the morning.
It's true that those chemicals are removed but it's actually a really good thing as they caused countless deaths and even more cancers and neurological issues and deficits and paralyses, etc. you know they're bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad because they're also banned in the United States, which doesn't ban much of anything just because it hurts or kills people!
Excellent video ! ...do you have one for a magnetic fastener that's pulled out of a leather bag ? ❤
Does this work by just keeping the dark black pool cover on? Trying to work out what’s better, sun direct on water or on dark pool cover?
Works better for us with the pool cover on. HOWEVER !! the constant warm temp of the water destroyed the grass in only a few days. We put the pool on the patio this year😄
Did you figure out what works better?
Not often you get a 3 year on review so really appreciate this!
I am honestly shocked at how much paint was left over after the stripper had been used multiple times. For the most part it should have taken it to nearly bare wood. I get wanting to be environmentally friendly, but you also don't want to spend money on ineffective product either. There was a product I saw the other day that might be useful. Its an infrared heater that you use with pure linseed oil. Effecrive and doesn't scorch wood like a heat gun. Thank you for making such a detailed video!
European regulators do realize there are cancer risj chemicals and ingredients in literally everything right? Doesn't make sense to ban something that works effectively, just put a "Warning: contains chemicals known to cause cancer" label on it. The EU certainly infantilizes its populations.
Shouldn't the title be about the yellow connector, and not removing the seat?
Good review thanks.
what names are these products sold under in the u.s.?
Giving me Tony Green vibes listening to you 😂
Was battling with this conundrum. Thank you so much
Thank you,
It's not advised to use a charcoal starter in a kamado and more so with a cheaper kamado. The high temperatures of the chaircoal is to sudden and make the ceramic ehm...in dutch we say 'startle'. This results in miniscule cracks in the ceramic and shortens the lifetime to an eventual big crack. This is even more so the case with the cheaper kamado's. So either a lot of the big-bbq-ers are over concerned or you're not doing wise using this.
That's what I thought. Dropping red hot charcoal in a cold ceramic basket is a recipe for cracks I bought the Aldi mini kamado 2 weeks ago for an irresistible € 99,99 It's not the exact same model btw. No hussle with an external charcoal fire starter, just put charcoal in the basket, put a fire starter in the middle, ignite it with a gas lighter and grab a beer. Leave the kamado lid open untill the charcoal is glowing with some white residu on it. ( appr. 20 minutes) Close the lid and leave both the air intake and chimney open for max airflow. Grab a second beer and relax. Let the kamado do its thing and watch the gauge. From the moment the kamado is sh*t hot, you can adjust the internal temp with both the intake and chimney and introduce the meat and/or vegetables. Sure, this tiny egg is a bit harder to reach and maintain a steady temp but that's ok, given the price. Next challenge is to find accessories such as plate setter/ heat deflector for indirect coocking. I'll get there 'red neck style'. Enjoy your meal ( eet smakelijk/vret oe er vast in/ selamat makan/bon apetit/vul iets in...🙂
I can't find a heat deflector for this size. Have you?
Well done mate, great video 👍 I’m glad I watched it
Heat gun and putty knife
Is it safe do you think this kind of paint contains asbestos
Keeping the compost moist is the tricky part but this year has been more rain than sun so you should be good. I made a couple of 5ft strawberry towers out of 160mm soil pipe. I have them suspended from hanging basket brackets attached to the 3x3 fence posts.
Cheers, going to try this on my porridge too
Is there any dangerous with exlode Seat airbag ?
What happened to part 3?
This is very good. Very creative. You have really helped me.
Well done mate🥭🥭🥭
Great idea! My daughter is obsessed with strawberries but they’re so expensive just now. I’ll need to grow some
EVERYTHING is so expensive now😦

Thank you, much appreciated
Great idea. Thx.
Thank you
Big THANKS, for it is very thorough!
Thanks. Real informative
Excellent wonderful
so clear thank you, wish you had done a standard window 90 degree mitre for the window shelf as well
Very good video im hungary men thankyou very much
thanks for posting this..in the middle of this job right now and already gauged out some bits - any recommended wood filler for pine finish before I apply stain/varnish?
Perfect. Thanks for the help! Just been scratching my head thinking how to do it.
Me too pal
Very practical and certainly more cost effective than door clamps from tool shops. Love it mate.
Hi mate....did you need planning permission for that 5x5m cabin?
No pal. Made sure the structure was just under the height limit where planning would be required. I had to take off the diamond shaped wood feature at the apex of the roof on the front and back of the cabin as that put me over the height.
Great informative video! Been doing my research and every other video has no actual dimensions. Thank you for this! Now I just need to convert the numbers to inches. Looking forward to doing this project. Cheers!
simple but hugely useful advice no more lumps (great)
I found this useful as well thank you
Is it ok to use the Kamado without the tripod stand on a stone or metal (zinc) surface?
Old school on site stuff. Top geezer!
Thx for the update. Best wishes in what ever the future brings. Thx for doing this, filming it and sharing it with us.
Thank you
