I just realized something. According to the Cookie Run Kingdom Wikipedia, all cookies have sweets 99 percent of the time in their diet. So since Black Pearl Cookie lives in the ocean, she can't go on land, so she has to eat ANYTHING that is edible that may be on board on the ships she sinks.
