i dont understand why people grind when you have the luxury of gears, you if want to really grind ride fixed gear
SaltKing98 I appreciate your comment, however I am not a natural climber and found the hills on the route a challenge. I got to the top of each hill on the route without walking, which did involve grinding, but see that personally as a good result.
Nothing like a good down hill decent after slogging up a tough hill...Great Vid...

Luke, thanks for the comment. Yes I used the VIRB software for the overlays. I think it helps understanding of the hills.
