Less jumping. Play the character like their in universe character. Vergil shines with efficient powerful strikes and precise timing. Thats what the focus bar is far. Plus doding builds your mete more than jumping
Next goal is to jump less.
Some tips: 1: Air Stinger can help you evade most of Dante's ground attacks, getting close to him to lure him out for attack, jump and air stinger, trick down, use Judgment Cut or Drive can help you do some damage. 2: King Cerberus's lightning moves will lead Dante off guard longer than other attacks, when he finishes the lightning attack, trick teleport immediately and beat him up. 3: When Dante shoots Kalina Ann's laser cannon, you can teleport near him and use dragon breaker to deal great damage to him. 4: In order to dodge SDT's move, try to use trick dodge or trick down instead of just jumping around. With practice, doing a no damage Dante Boss Fight won't be a question.

@@MikeZhu114 I never got too far with Tekkn 7 but learned a lot. Jin is apparently broken in Tekken 8 so will be fun. And I want to learn Devil Jin too.
