@3:59 those are called "carts", and they just share a similar case with 8 tracks. They were used for commercials and usually only recorded about a minute or two each on an endless loop of ¼" tape.
Ok i was thinking something like that .Thank you for your time and thanks for watching .
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for watching

The couple kids might not want to come and save this place because it might be too painful for them.
Beautiful resting place 💐

That was real nice of you to show us the house and remember your friends like that.💕💞💕💞
Defo one of the cooler abandoned house videos i've seen. Something that was once familiar very long ago and left for years, only to eventually be visited once again years later. Can't say i've seen others like that. Super cool to see ngl
Would’ve been to see inside.
Very sad.
That would be like my favorite room looks like it was somebody else’s too with the recliner there wow
It was there favorite room thinks for watching
Might be one of those places where everything was left to the kids and the kids were fighting over it so it ended up in the court system and no one‘s allowed on it Family that is everybody else seems to have that right
No one child lives out of town just hasn’t done anything with it thanks for watching
The main problems is the cost of probate some kids don't have the money to deal with it. This is why you should always have a living trust it's much better then a will because of two reasons. One all the property is in the trust name so there is no probate saves 1000's of dollars in legal fees after someone dies if they only have a will. 2nd thing is if your elderly parent gets sick or incapacitated banks won't allow you to manage their money they don't accept power of attorneys. The reason is too many people have been scammed by phony power of attorney's banks just tell you to have to get a court order again costing attorney fees. If the accounts are in a trust then they will allow you as a trustee to manage the account. Getting a trust is way cheaper then using a will after someone passes on about $2500 from most attorney's or can find a paralegal do it for much less. I learned all this after a friend passed I had to deal with his things. Not saying this is situation here lot of these abandoned properties it is the main reason.
Now that's a very cool find! ❤😊
Thanks ! I enjoy your videos , wish you would make longer ones!
i will soon thanks for you comment thanks for watching
my first time watching u. When u drove up with that loud motor had to say to myself. Hope ur not sneaking up there
Lol no
No one inherited this house? Such a waste.
Yes they just haven’t done anything with it
What a shame it is sitting empty. Ehy does no one buy it?
Its not for sale but it is going to waste
😊 beautiful thank you for sharing
Couldn't hear you with that old rattletrap running. Adding to the problem is that you're a severe mumbler. Now you're constantly mumbling about beer - are you intoxicated 😵now? An AI generated voice would be more suitable for your videos. What's this explore have to do with "cemetery gates" anyway? Sorry, I doubt I'll be back.
Bill died a year before I was born. Bet he never thought I'd see his headstone.
I know if he could see today
Now that's so cool. I've never seen one but it's cool.❤😊
Wow, what a story of how some people's life turns out. A good video though.❤😊
Thanks so much for your support i thought this video would get more views maybe later
Kinda sad.😢
I can barely hear you.
Sorry some times my words run together .Thinks for watching our videos
@@CemeteryGates-yv5si I think they meant over the motor. ❤❤❤
I have always thought that Jim Henson’s “Rainbow Connection” was more than just a song from “The Muppet Movie”. It’s a song that is perfect for both celebration and commemoration. “Someday we’ll find it, the Rainbow Connection, the lovers, the dreamers and me. All of us under its spell, we know that it’s probably magic.” I am deeply sorry for the loss of your nephew. May his memory be a blessing.
Thanks for your time it felt good reading your words
If you ever find yourself near Taylorville Illinois, just outside of town you can visit the grave of an elephant. When Carson and Barnes Circus came to town their beloved elephant Kay aka Fatso, passed away of natural causes. This unleashed a bureaucratic and logistical nightmare because what does one do with a deceased elephant. Who is in charge? Are there laws about what to do with a dead elephant? Does it go through a Funeral Home or County Animal Control or State Fish and Wildlife? I don’t know who ended up being in charge but Kay was given a dignified burial in a farmer’s field outside of town. She even has a headstone that is well tended and taken care of. Her burial site is visited frequently by ordinary people and any circus performers or roustabouts passing through the area. I like the fact that in a field, somewhere in the middle of Illinois, there is a place of pilgrimage for, as unlikely as almost anything, an elephant named Kay.
Thank you so much. For this comment that is so cool it is sure going on the list of places to visit and thanks for your time
@@CemeteryGates-yv5si If you ever find yourself heading that way, let me know. I can show you some other places you might find interesting. There was a strong tornado that hit Taylorville several years ago in December, right before Christmas. It bent the flagpole at the cemetery into an arch with the top touching the ground. It is also a short drive to the Lincoln Sites, including his tomb and the small catacomb that Lincoln’s body until the tomb was completed. That is where Lincoln’s body was stolen from and briefly held for ransom. The area is filled with interesting places of rest for a number of interesting people. Not too far away in Effingham where Ada Kepley, the first woman in the United States to earn a Law degree, also the beautiful and unique headstone for four of my mother’s classmates who were hit and killed by a train on the night that JFK was assonated, and the many heartbreaking graves of the 74 victims of the 1949 Effingham Hospital Fire and the newly installed statue to commemorate those lost, including Fern Reilly, a nurse who had worked her last scheduled shift the night before but agreed to cover one last shift for another nurse. Fern was in charge of the nursery that night. She had several chances to save herself but refused to leave her charges, her babies. When the fire was finally put out the next morning Fern was found with her body covering the 12 babies that she had put as many as possible to a crib, giving those babies any opportunity to survive and all the comfort possible in their last moments. She is one of the bravest and selfless women who virtually no one has ever heard of. In Bloomington there is the grave of the little girl who inspired Dorthy in Baum’s “The Wizard of Oz”. I could go on and on. Thank you again for what you do. It gave me a feeling of peace I truly needed today. Thank you for reminding me that there is some good in the world.
I am a Funeral Director’s kid, so I grew up with the other half of honoring the dead. Thank you for what you do here. I have always thought you die at least twice. You die the first time when you are declared legally dead and you die the second time the last time your name is spoken on Earth. Thank you for speaking their names. And thank you for what you do.
Thank you so much
Should give it a tidying for your old pals.
We might just do a video of that and go inside the rest of the house thanks for watching
We need to respect our dead the morals it protects in life
That cemetery is so awesome! My parents live over there and I like going to see the circus monuments.
Thanks for watching our videos
I took care of Edith in the last years of her life at the nursing home she was in. Such a sweet woman.
your in OK, not far from me...
Thanks for not giving our location. Thanks for watching our videos.
@@teresawallace747 Im in Sterling.
I would build a little fence around that and put flowers and all that. And respect that grave. Obviously that person died on their land and they got buried on their land. Respect it!
I love those sounds. Reminds me of my grandpa's farm in ND.
DO YOU THINK THAT JOHN WILL CARE WHERE HIS BONES ARE???🎉🎉🎉🎉
I would
Go start digging on an Indian burial ground and see if they care
WHAT COULD YOU DO??
"Couple dies leaves everything behind" I guess it's true. You can't take it with you.
So true life is short thanks for watching
We don't own anything at all we are all just caretakers for the things we think we own.
We ALL leave everything behind when we pass!

He ain't gonna hear ya, except for in your imagination. When you die, you're dead. You certainly don't hang out where people buried you...
