hello! i just took my road test today at this location. let me tell you everything to expect. the instructor will have you pull into the entrance overhang as seen in the beginning. the instructor will have you put the car in park and ask you to step out of the vehicle. they will check the break and the horn. next the instructor will have you step back in and will have you show the left indicator, right indicator, and break lights. next, you'll pull forward after shifting in D (drive). you'll be expected to park, then back up, do a three point turn, and emergency break. while you're parked within the cones, the instructor will ask you what to do when parked on a hill (downhill), you're answer will be wheels are inward, gear is in P (park), parking break on, then car off. after you are done with the parking, backing exam, emergency break, and three point turn, you will be asked to go around the course again and then you are done. good luck !! 🫶🫶 i passed first try i'm so relieved

@@NikhilKulangaroth I actually did pass with no errors! :D and I was putting myself down ALL day and woke up super early to practice right before the test. They are very patient with you at the casselberry DMV and will even help you with parking, I am so grateful and appreciative of them! Also, it seemed like there was a lot of people but with my appointment I was in and out with my license in less than 30 minutes. Be confident and don't beat yourself up like I did :) get the question right about parking uphill or downhill, it was uphill for me, focus on your 3 point turns, and go at a comfortable speed. I wouldn't recommend gassing it I was cruising :) also make sure you come to a stop when the tester tells you to do, the quick stop. Let me know if you need any more advice :)

My personal situation is, I’m missing my right leg. Prior to that I had been driving for over 40 years. I use the hand control with my right hand to control the break and gas. I practiced a lot in a parking lot to get the feel of how the vehicle responded to the hand controls and to practice the maneuvers you will be asked to perform. You will need to do a 3-point turn, accelerate to 20 MPH then break quickly, back up 50 feet in a straight line and pull into a parking spot. Be sure to use your turn signal every time you change direction except when you’re in reverse. My only error was I didn’t pull up enough in the space. You never want to touch the cones. Relax and don’t over think it. Sorry for the delay in responding. Let me know how it goes.
