Wie Umständlich und langwierig mit dem falschen Werkzeug Chinesen nehmen dazu ein Stoßmesser das geht schneller
How often does this have to be done? Oh excellent job😊
I like most of this trim except that the shoe looks a bit narrow and that he rasped so much on the outer wall, are there specific reasons for the narrow shoe and (according to what I've learned) excessive rasping? Doesn't rasping the outer wall this much compromise the strength?
The frog looks like a Shark tooth
I am not a farrier have had horses all my life I am. 73 you shoe horses like my grandfather and my dad and like i do file nails off before i pull shoes and the way put the shoes back on i have shown people how i shoes they think i am crazy.
I like that you went right to work with the nipping.
👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
4:07 que bien excelente trabajo pero mi umilde comentario es que después de calsar el cabello deben de aserle alguna curación en los cascos ya se con aguaras o disel
I sure wouldn’t recommend this guy he doesn’t even have the tools that he needs!
Dang. Well done. Hope you charged extra.
Awesome
Bagus sangat propesional
Please don´t rasp the whole hoof wall up to the crown edge, this weakens the hoof. You should only rasp the lower third of the hoof wall!
Still a bit long in the toe no?
When will you post more videos?
Someone buy this man a hoof knife!
Parabéns, belo trabalho. Amazing, beautiful. Brazilian
Nice work
BRAVISSIMO !!!!!
Excellent work man
God bless you sir ❤💪
I smell that foot from here
Your videos are great, but wish there was no music. I like the natural sounds without it much better. I ended up clicking away from another of your videos because the music was so distracting.
Finally, a video of an average trim on a barefoot horse, rather than the common maintenance trims you see where, folks make exaggerated claims of "Major hoof restoration.
Thanks for the vid.. totally destroyed the hood wall at the end 😵💫
Yeah, it's one thing to rasp flares but I never understand filing off the whole hoof wall surface. Just soooo unnecessary, and you lose useful information like event lines, etc.
That horse was going; Ow, Ow, Ow, Owwwwww.
Why is this so soothing and comforting to watch? I've seen about a hundred so far.
Satisfying for you or the horse? I heard they put duct tape on the horse's mouth so you can't hear them screaming in agony. Just what I heard :)
Good Lord!!
What do you mean by the batter?
Fürchterlich. Vorher schlecht. Schande über den besitzer. Nachher auch grausig. Raspeln bis zum kronrand ? Zehe viel zu lang. So sieht kein guter huf aus.
Molti commentano in senso positivo.
Grande errore snellire forchetta!
Beautiful
Ohh
Fabulous trim, great technique to remove that amount of sole
So satisfying! x
Doesn't this guy own a knife too remove the old sole ?
Great video. I use nippers to scrape dead sole. But never thought of using half rounds to aid in getting that much sole out. Thank you very much for showing this. It definitely will speed my day up.
Not judging but my thumb broke watching you nail. I could never get away with leaving my thumb up on a shoe.
You should do a full video with all 4 feet one of these days! I'd sit and watch 45 minutes of farrier work!
It’s like coconut shavings
Good job 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦
Excelente o seu trabalho parabéns
Why didn’t he burn the shoe into the huff like others have do to level it out and also why didn’t he notch the front of the huff so the shoe protected the front of the huff
Not necesesery
@@Rabbi1966 It's a whole lot easier to get the shoe to an accurate fit if you shape it when it's red hot - and checking the fit when the shoe is still hot is far easier and quicker.
What boots are you wearing??
Are you sure this isn’t hurting the horses? The process looks rough and the nails being hammered looks painful!
The hoof is actually of fingernail material, and pain receptors are absent in the hoof. So this is just as good as getting a pedicure
This is a completely painless process if done correctly
Even if no one could be sure, the farrier wouldn’t survive the kicks that would come to him if this was painful. The horse knows.
Nice job 🐴 🤝
Good job
Does this guy have a hoof knife
You haven’t seen enough farrier videos to know some farriers use different methods?
I came here to ask the same question. Guess he doesn’t bother to invest in a faster way with smoother results.
@@leelindsay5618 an ignorant assumption
He obviously has a knife and knows how to use it. Trying to knife out that much dead, dry sole on a hoof that long can break your wrist no matter how sharp your knives are.
@@rjbennett3418 - and it would take forever!
