I sell both of these units and the minute man version..... All are great but the imop is the best on the market. They used to be a bit flimsy but they have fixed that and the imop lite is awesome and so much better in bathroom spaces than anything else on the market. Both will get the job done though. Numatic safety start is kinda funky and is annoying to start and stop the machine. That's my only complaint about it and the solution hoses seem to clog more often.

While it's true that a sealed floor might not require as much intensive cleaning, there's just too many superior advantages of using an i-mop over a traditional mop and bucket.
