does it matter? both are awful for a child to ingest at such a young age- their lungs are small and being kids they assume the flavor is safe to ingest and puff more than they should. regardless, childcare facilities shouldn't have let this happen drug or not.

When I worked in childcare, I often saw kids being aggressively patted on their backs and having their faces covered with blankets at nap time. I also saw caregivers put their legs on top of children to keep them from moving during nap time.

My sister's daycare caregiver tried to convince my mom she hurt her arm by falling but she dislocated it and the doctor told my mother that the kind dislocation she had was definity the caregivers fault. We took her out of that daycare.
