So in my recent video 15 Cups of Salad Eating Contest on TH-cam, I had 3 points to make, but had forgotten my other two points. The first point was about the benefits of cutting out added sugar. But my next two points had to do with weight gain and weight loss, and the reasons of why it happens. For example 2. Sugar Cravings Existed for a Reason. 3. Why It can be hard to stop buying products with Sugar. Because like.. for example.. for awhile I was getting lots of orange juice.. and there was no way I was gonna be convinced I didn't need the orange juice, since I love both oranges, and orange juice, even if it had sugar.. I didn't care.. but later I eventually had gained a 100 pounds.. but was even given memory loss and had some injury.. and is it possible that a brain injury could benefit from glucose? which is sugar, and fuel for the brain? So that was basically my 3 points and theory about why the weight gain can happen to someone.. not because "they are lazy" and not because "they lack control" but because of health, money, and the need for some help when times are very hard.. such as being hostage or tortured by illuminati government conspiracy media members :(
