The range of motion on your pushups is less than half way brodie it's meant to be full body. Even if you're working towards explosive power, the lower half of your body should be moving - it isn't. Try to work on that! Pullups look solid, as someone also noted on the essentric (going down) of hammer curls you're gonna want to control that more - and also try not to rest too long at the bottom of reps. Good work though you have a really solid foundation

I’m not an expert but I can tell what I did. Focus on your diet what I did was a caloric deficit burn more calories then you eat. Eat high protein do cardio exercise and core workouts. Stay consistent

Not so pro tip but something I've found to help better imagine loading up your power shots with your lead side so you can eventually swap to southpaw is swap your stance and use the momentum to lead up a hook or uppercut during your shadowboxing. If you separate your orthodox and southpaw then you would only be able to switch between rounds or in really open moments.

Good on you for working out. Just some friendly criticism. Use least weights on the dumbbells for better form. Do full range of motion. On both the pullups and way deeper squats
Appreciate the advice unfortunately I only 25 pound dumbbells so there kinda heavy for me to practice my form but I’ll try my best.
