To be honest this vendor Mokshitha solar is not qualified for any rating. Never seen such an unprofessional company and an unscruplous proprietor in my lifetime who is harassing the consumer (senior citizen), threatening the consumer and cheating the consumer by not completing the project and kept many things pending resulting in non production of ongrid solar system. He is poor in design, execution and even his staffs are not cooperating as observed in my project. Project is incomplete, installed broken panels when asked about the poor installation he threatens the consumer that he will withdraw the support that was promised as part of the PM solar scheme. He always misunderstands and shouts at the customer without talking the facts and twists things. He did not complete the project after taking the money and not completing the government procedure like uploading of documents on government website. He is irresponsive even to the Assistant Manager, Electricity Dept who is trying to call him to commit on a timeline to replace the panel and commit completion of project. He will talk like a gentleman and a subject-matter expert in all his videos, I saw his videos and got cheated. In reality he is totally different from what he says in videos and advertisements. He advertises that he will provide 5 years free support but he threatens us that he will withdraw it if he ask him about the correct project completion date. He says in his video that he had done mega watt projects, but in reality he is incapable of even installing small on-grid solution. He will tell videos that he will support end to end help in getting the subsidy but when you report the poor installation he will withdraw all his support. He says that he will take complete responsibility but he wont respond properly with a commitment keeping the customer and project hanging without an end date. We have put all our hard earned money trusting this guy and his fake promises on his videos. On the one hand he is incapable and on the other hand he is highly superstitious or to be frank stupid. When asked why he is creating so much delay he responded saying that our door number is inauspicious and asked us to change the door number. Never trust this company anymore there are many good companies even if they are slightly higher in rate they are very transparent unlike this unprofessional guy. I am taking time to write my review because like my father who is a senior citizen aged 74 was cheated by this vendor i don't want any other customer to suffer due to non completion of projects, non completion of govt procedures and therefore no subsidy. Before getting the order he will give all false promises saying that he will be onsite and supervise the complete installation. In reality he did not come and each day he will tell some childish reasons. His own staffs are irritated of his behavior and false promises. He will act differently before getting an order and totally different after you make a few payments. He always gives you a caveat stating that he will ask for more money if needed apart from the quote. His staff also comment in his absence stating that he will bill the customer additional money than what is agreed. So he keep this as practice. Reason for long post is that like us another customer should not be cheated. So any customer before you engage him with a project think thrice and be aware of his all tactis. This type of vendors should be recommended to be blacklisted from approved vendor list so that in future more consumers wont be affected. Now our situation is project is incomplete, we lost money, peace of mind is affected and given mental stress to the whole family because of our hard earned money wasted. We have all the proofs of voice recording of the phone calls in which he THREATENS & SHOUTING at "valuable customer". initially he said customer is the boss now he is not even responding properly in an ethical manner. NO ETHICS IN HIS BUSINESS IT IS SAD AND UNFORTUANTE THAT WE ENGAGED THIS COMPANY!!!!
