Welcome to my channel, I just spent 25 years serving in the Australian Army. From February 2023 I was medically discharged for a mutitude of reason due to wear and tear of the mind and body. This channel was set up to provide me with a platform to showcase my travels and adventures.
From the 28 March 2025, I will be walking fro Cottesloe Beach in WA to Bondi Beach in NSW for the #blackdog. Hoping to raise awareness, not just from Defence personnel but also emergency services members, that deal with the #blackdog everyday!
After watching 13 friends from the military, Police and fire services take their own lives since 2019, I wanted to raise awareness and show people that life is and adventure, everyday is a new day. YOU can control every step of the way, with a little bit of help from friends and others. Those speed bumps you encounter, are only temporary.
