1.5 tablespoons of castor sugar
3 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
170 grams / 6 ounces of plain flour
Tart Filling:
115 grams / 4.1 ounces of unsalted butter
45 grams / 1.6 ounces of castor sugar
170 grams / 6 ounces of dark chocolate 60%-70% cocoa content
1 orange zested
135 grams / 4.7 ounces of castor sugar
3 eggs
Orange caramel sauce:
1 Tablespoon of water
75 grams / 2.6 ounces of sugar
1 orange zested
225 grams / 7.6 ounces of fresh orange juice
3 teaspoons of cornflour
20 ml or 1 tablespoon of orange liqueur
1 teaspoon of vanilla
