Currently running a aluminum res shock on the front and same rear in this clip I had XXL ultra shocks with 2 hole pistons 5w oil and aluminum shock caps and stock springs

By stock spring i mean like stock what came with the front I'm not running rear springs on the front just the shock itself I make up for the extra space with spacers

I’m using traxxes splined love them 100% recommend gotta get the ones for the stampede tho regular is to short my exact setup is normal splined for a slash 2wd with a stampede external spline shaft fitted note it will cut the rubber boot on the outside boot run them dry or silicone grease or limit travel m.i.p will rub to much also stock plastic axles work perfectly

@@88outlaw35 I’m going to try the plastic heavy duty ones to see if they hold up for now. Should I pick up a set for a stampede or build them with the stampede splines like you did?

@@Jobro_Ya_Know plastics heavy duty womt work it's gunna rub alot I believe I highly recommend either stock plastics or pick up a set for a stampede or you can build it like I did all will work if you don't already have a set of splines just pick the set up it's cheaper

Naw I never was shooting for 100mph my goal was 73 offroad as that was my pb on a stock vxl on-road but hobby got really expensive and I've been busy if your interested I'll be glad to make more content in the future

Well, it was possible that could have made it 100+ mph with the right gearing and motor... Plus it is true, RC hobbies is getting more expensive but at least you have other hobbies you enjoy doing, right?

@alaskanmusher7098 yes your right I do I had the power to make it to that speed I just didn't have the suspension/tires or body and I wasn't interested in changing my hole offroad build for a street build I might get back into it another time

Power is adjusted throw the dx3s spectrum radio and receiver its a old system if your looking to upgrade I'd recommend dx5c with a smart receiver driver but will last forever

Nothing bent the wheel bearing was going out so it started to wobble simple fix really and not due to the kit

@anthonyrobinson3639 I already let her drove it at times her first time ever driving one or even being on one was literally the ride b4 this and it only lasted about 1 hrs 30 and no mud just local trails when I see she's ready I'll let her take it in some mud then wheelie It😂 hahaha nothing beats quality time with someone you love

Spektrum 130A spektrum 3200kv no issues super fast to fast I would say 100A 3200kv is good

I want the gtr shocks working on getting then this kit leaves less then 3 mm between the rear axles and trans case there could not be more travel and I love it

I would 100% recommend the highlifter no issues me pulling the plug is because where missing 6 screws on the belt box I would not recommend the can am unless you want a solid long wheel base bike witch I did therefore I bought a can am outlander 1k but if Polaris makes a highlifter long wheel base be sure that will be my next quad

Can ams require mods straight from factory highlifter needs nothing you sit on ut and go can ams require winch work seal work clutch work and are just designed alot worse
