Great eazy to understand video! One thing I would do is put another L- bracket connecting both downward brackets holding the motor. Keep the motor unit from swaying back and forth.

Why did you start it with a torch? Did I miss something? Also, I'm wondering why you would use hardwood. Isn't the BTU rating lower? I've never used them because they are not available in the western US, only softwood pellets which have a higher lignin and BTU content.

Couple of hundred bucks? Heck yes! I think your burn pot might be in backwards. You want the high side opposite the feed tube to block pellets from overshooting the pot.

Don’t do what I did and get a 55mg salt nicotine, go 50 mg or below , regular juice is not made for these devices, you have to use salt , the oils burn at different temperatures, but great video
