summon is great that you replied with wow but I was just telling you my experience from being morbidly obese two sisters and one of their sons on dialysis from high blood pressure and diabetic issues so I've been morbidly obese for the last I guess 30+ years 38 years sorry but the damage has been done, cardiovascular eyesight and kidneys. They are all chronic but not critical and it runs in my family that's why I was alerting you to the weight issues and to see doctors on a regular basis no matter what and one of my other sisters she's in her upper 60s 66 or so has a severe weight issue although I've never looked like I was that big but I was a big guy at my heaviest 284 I am now 249 and still dropping. It took a year though all of my issues are much better. Take way much less medicine just in a reduction of weight but 72. I know that we're all rolling down the hill we're not going up anymore. Have a good one, buddy take care of your health so if you have a grandchildren, you can play with them or instruct them.

Lawd, the finished product looks so delicious & I know it probably tastes real good, but all that salt got my pressure up! Tabitha Brown has some really good salt- free seasonings if anyone is interested. My favorite is "Sunshine." Oh, how I tried to talk my brother into frying his famous turkey this year! 😋😋
