Very great tutorial for beginners. After following this can kinda start doing stuff on your own already it teaches you basics. Keep it up
Thanks!
nice work, do more
oh wait i love your voice 😭 i usually really dislike watching tutorials since i’m pretty impatient but this one was really good, can’t wait to try it out!
thanks! have fun
Some good stuff. You can also change the keyframe's animation type by right-clicking it in the Timeline > Interpolation Mode > Linear/Bezier/etc.
Well done!
virtual cameras are great, didn't know the apps. thank you mate! but Rolling Shutter has nothing to do with the age of a camera and is a thing of most of the cameras on the market.
thanks! ah i was watching a video that was saying that, didn’t do too much research on it
@@novocai_ne no problem, doesn't change your great video :)
THIS IS GOLD!
Thanks! Love the videos
Hey man, great video! But how did you got VirtuCam to work on anything above Blender 4.0? I used to use it on 3.6 and up, but 4.0 and above it's broken.
Thanks! Hm I’m pretty sure I used it on a project on 4.0 once without doing anything special but yeah they’re not actively updating it. Hopefully with 4.3 being LTS they add support for it soon. A temporary workaround you can do is to append your scene into an older version, do the camera movement there and then append it back
@@novocai_nethat’s precisely what I’ve been doing as well just to be able to use it. Thank you, keep the videos coming 💪🏼
incredible thank you so much!!
Hi there, Thanks for the tips! I am having trouble with integrating the Virtucam addon to my Blender version 4.2 - I see that you are using the 4.1 version.
Hey! I believe that 4.2 support isn't out yet but if I remember right at least 4.0 or 4.1 did work. Worst case scenario you can append your 4.2 scene to a version that works, do your camera movement, and append your camera path back to 4.2. You can shoot them an email here - contact@virtucamera.com
Wow! Thanks a lot!
Very Useful tip. Thank a lot
Stumbled upon your channel as i’m seeking more knowledge on everything 3d modeling/ animation. Ima be honest i love your content my only request please can we get more frequent videos. personally i would like to pick your brain apart about animation entirely. You have a keen eye and your style is unique and clean.
Thanks for the kind words! I'd love to make videos more frequently but I'm working on commissions and have other things that take up my timeframe - I'm a firm believer in quality over quantity so I don't just want to put absolutely anything out aha and really take my time. The absence between this video and my last video is because I had to finish my bachelors thesis to graduate university :) Hopefully I won't take 4 months to make a new video ever again
WHATT 8:00 I AM SHOCKED Great video
i have a problem i did exactly like you but when i clikc on space the objects just falls down the dont rotate on the circle
is your circle crossing the cube? you can send me a screen recording or your blend file to my discord (novocai_ne)
@@novocai_ne thanks i will

Bro , wtf , virtucam is amazing , damn thank u !!!
really helpful video but way of converting the ease in and ease out frame to linear was really bad. all you have to do just select any keyframe and press "T" key to select what type of motion you want for keyframe. you can select linear from the menu.
Your content is so valuable bro ♥ and btw 9:39 when you are using walk navigation you can just use you mouse scroll wheel to control the speed of camera ✌
thanks! oh that's really cool i had no clue thanks for the tip
@@novocai_ne You're welcome fam✌

Amazing tips , thank you so much
This is really helpful! Thanks for the new tips, especially the rolling shutter.
Thanks for this.
Excellent tutorial! It’s refreshing to see tutorials that are quick and to the point, along with good visuals. Great job man.
Very much appreciate your comment thank you brotha
Today, officially i give up asking for links. Great video. eager to try some of these out!
aha i’m glad you posted a comment about it - I just put the link for the camera shakify addon in the description, completely slipped my mind. glad you found something useful!
Today is a good day for a novocaine tutorial. Great tips bro!
you can make default the linear movement on the options.
A-B camera movement is pretty much one of the only times I use linear interpolation - for pretty much everything else bezier is the way to go for me
@@novocai_neYou can select the keyframes you want to be linear, then press T->Linear, that's probably easier/faster than your method
in the second 0:48 .How do you make the camera move slowly like this? Please help
it’s just the camera position animated on the Z axis
Didnt know about the compositing guides. Lets go
wonderful video
Thanks!!! Amazing tricks!
quality content once again, thanks
Thanks for these Amazing Cool Tricks!!! 👌😁
go go goo
virtucam looks incredibly useful, thank u novocaine for putting me on 🙏
bwomp
please lets start this cool tutorial again , thanks
Amazing tutorial! New subscriber keep it goingggg
I have an issure in the "texturing part" . When working on the cover visuals, I scale my visuals for the back and front cover with the UV Editor as explained. But, in Rendered mode, it doesn't show the same result. it is all misplaced. What am I doing wrong? Have I missed something?
Update, I have redone my file from the begining. I dunno why, when dupplicating the object for the shrinkwrap, it ended up messing things up. I have succeeded by first creating the sleeve and putting the cover visuals on it, THEN duplicate the whole thing and change its material for the plastic. Then it show correctly without glitches in the Rendered Viewport.
sorry for not getting back to you but i’m glad you found a workaround. what version of blender are you using out of curiosity?
@@novocai_ne Thanks for your answer. I don't have access to the latest version, I am only authorized to use the 3.6 so far.
Hi there, at 4:35 I don't seem to have the displacement option under settings, any suggestions? I'm using the latest version of blender to date. I'm also using the Free texture surface "Bright Desert Sand" from Quixel rather than the "Canyon Rocky Ground" surface
are you on eevee by any chance?
This shit is so hard to do
Love the shirt mock-up scene. Any tutorial on that? :D
thanks! the shirt was made with marvelous designer and the scene is just some stuff thrown together 🙂
I'm getting an error when doingthe grid fill where it says "loops not connected by wire/boundary edges"
hm sounds like a geometry error, try remaking it from scratch, if you still get the same error you can send me the project file on discord
When I open uv editing, the image that I put in shading does not appear, and when I select the face and go to perimeter, it selects the entire object
I'm Brazilian so I had to use the translator, I hope you understand
- there should be a button on the top of your uv editing workflow that lets you pick the image - if perimeter selection doesn’t work for some reason you should be able to select it manually or with the select more function if you have any other questions or if i didn’t understand something correctly you can send me a screenshot on instagram or discord 🙂
I have troubles with the UV editing not showing up the right way in viewport. Its seems like its not scaled as in UV editing. Can anyone help? Btw, thank you for doing the tutorial! :)
hm don’t quite understand what you mean, but you can send an image/video to my instagram or discord and i’ll take a look whenever i get a chance 🙏
@@novocai_ne Thanks! :)
I have the same issue. I scale my visuals for the back and front cover with the UV Editor. But, in Rendered mode, it doesn't show the same result. What am I doing wrong?
Quixel is not free
it is, you just need an epic games account, i've been using it for completely free for almost a year now
@@novocai_nenah it says cost 2 points even when I signed in
@@novocai_ne Are all assets in Quixel used in commercial projects?
yes, same here @@novocai_ne
Great quick and very informative. Thank you!
bro this tutorial saved my life men i wish i could oil you up to show my appreciation!
What a nice tutorial. Thank you!
Thank you so much for the content, helps a whole lot
