Halo 2 Trapped In Amber Extended
Halo 2 Anniversary. Version of in amber clad done a little different. Awesome song in itself!! I've done my best to keep track playing smoothly, enjoy!!

We 2000's kids are the luckiest people. Putting asside our sorrows and problems we had the best game ever made : Halo, Pokemon, Yu Gi Oh, Super Mario, Call Of Duty, Ghost of Tsushima, The Last of us, God of war, Spyro, Digimon.
I just like to think the music is playing on a loop in Chief's helmet.
This song brings me back to when i didnt have to worry about so much. It is sarisfying and saddening 😢
At least we got to experience it :3
So is it canon that Chief listens to good music like this in his helmet like a radio or headphones during battle?

This is just beautiful 🤌 Trapped In Amber/In Amber Clad is such a good bit of music. I'm always torn which version I prefer, Anniversary or Original, because this is one of the ones where the remake is as good as the original. Just generally, Halo 2's soundtrack has a bit of a different flavour than CE and 3 which feel much more classical orchestral. Halo 2 has some of those sorts of pieces, like Earth City/Kilindini Harbour, which use that large classical orchestra to really build up the tension and energy, but then there's pieces like In Amber Clad/Trapped In Amber which have that electric guitar front and centre. There isn't that building of energy, it's a slow burning smolder of a cool guitar riff, the steady beat of drums, the string background and the almost angelic vocals. It's well layered, each element gets its time to shine.
Very beautiful reorchestration. The vocals sound so angelic and heavenly. This soothes your soul.
I'll die, and soon. But before I go i'm having my kids play these games. The REAL Halo's. No 4, 5, or infinite. They deserve to know there were good times, and maybe. They can bring back the spirit and get into the business of making dreams.

Music didn't have to be remake, original Halo 2 music was and it is flawless. However, I do like the new vocals here in this version.
Off the rock, through the bush, nothing but Jackal. In Amber Clad always irritated me as a music piece because it's little over 90 seconds long. Just enough time to start getting into it. This, however, is absolutely perfect.

lol some songs are too good for just only 5 minutes, I have not found a single variation of this song exceeding this length.
only looped twice it seems, I'd expect at least 10 minutes for it to be called extended.
