I have seen ramps and thought about it when I was first starting out, but I’m young and hit the gym everyday so I just muscle it up and down. It could definitely be problematic for someone who isn’t as capable whether that be bc of age or strength. Hope this helps!

I bought a blank white, black, and grey dry fit polo from academy for $10 each and went to a local embroidery where I picked up the hat and got everything tatted😂 It’s held up very well as I’ve used them full time for about 10 months now!

So right now all my work is residential, I have a crm called Markate that I type up my estimates on and my customer signs and accepts before any work is done, afterwards I take cash, tap or swipe, or Zelle. It would pretty much be the same for those smaller commercial jobs, payment after completion. I’d be happy to go more in detail or answer any other questions on instagram dm @willkendrickk👍

I live in Florida so the market is VERY saturated. I started off with a pricing sheet but I’ve just been doing it for awhile so I can kinda feel out how high I can go before people start saying “so and so can do it for cheap” it also depends on the customer It’s hard to say exactly because it heavily depends on your area but I’d look into pressure washing Facebook groups, they’ve always answered my questions about pricing, chemicals, how to do certain things. VERY helpful for beginners!

It's all depending on your quality of work. If you are getting good reputation and feedback from your previous customers, then you can ask them to spread the word and give them your business cards to pass around. Focus on a good area you like to work and keep growing in your experience and continue to provide good quality work at the right price and calls will come in. Don't work for money. Work to serve and to connect with people so money drive your work but for the sake of people and you(no recall). Also, if get a call to do something you have not done before, learn from others(TH-cam) and may take up the opportunity to get experience but be careful not to destroy your reputation. Get connect with other contractors in case you need help in certain area. Don't afraid to take on bigger job as you grow. I grew my business within 2months by hustling 3-4 jobs a day taking on all time of jobs that I know I can do well. Get customers 1st and build trust before taking on bigger projects. Manage your time well and try not to work on the weekend to give you body rest. Run your estimate with extra room in case you run into an issue, if no issue after completing your job, offer some refund. Do tell that to your customer ahead of time that's your policy to protect yourself and no surprise to your customer. Hope it helps.
