Otters 2024 - the nerve-racking part! The otters need to be cut apart so that I can fit the base to the bottom one and get them ready to take to the foundry. These otters will be cast using the Lost Wax Method of casting, a process that will take 4-5 months. How do you remove the supports once it has done?
the supports and clay original are cast away once the mould is made and they are ready to cast into bronze
