Evaporative Cooling is different. Direct cooling as in video adding moisture to the air. Indirect cooling from industry leaders with Wet bulb temperature. Dew-point regenerative indirect evaporative cooling from Maisotsenko Cycle.

Thanks for sharing. I have one question that, with Thermal storage tanks scenario, what about the primary pump i.e. It will be fixed displacement type or VFD driven. Or variation in load will taken care by modulating valves with variable discharge.
Primary pump has fixed displacement as during low load conditions the energy will be stored.
