Sick video, very nice
cool vid :pog:
lowkey, this is kinda fire
bros @ has my name in it
Friggin loved this.
The PC version of rock raiders is much better. Its a RTS (real time strategy) and you have to control people to make structures and stuff, mine for energy crystals, and protect your base against rock monsters and slimy slugs. There’s even a more modern remake made by fans called “manic miners” which basically adds quality of life stuff.
You wrap things up together nicely at the end, it's a good interpretation, you've got the heart of it I think. I'd personally recommend dropping the discussion about games/braid being art though. This is self evident these days. We don't have to defend games as art any more, to do so can come off as an inferiority complex for the medium. You've got a good eye for marrying the way a story is told narratively and mechanically at the same time. For future videos, I recommend putting your *own* ideas more front and centre. Introduce the game briefly, give a broad overview, then only go into detail when you are *evidencing* your own interpretation. You don't need to "play the game for us" so to speak. You can make that last part that's your own ideas the whole video and really flesh it out, and talk about how powerful it is, and then splice the evidence *throughout* that instead. People come to your channel to hear *your* ideas first and foremost. I love your visual presentation of this too. Such a great hearkening back to earlier days of the internet. It's really cute and unique. Hope to see more from you soon.
Neat
Neat
this series smells like scott the woz
buen video la verdad, pero deberias dibujar un poquito mejor
while i was looking at the live preview on mobile, i thought this was gonna be some kids spewing random stuff due to the visuals, however i was pleasantly surprised to hear a nice gentleman who knows what hes talking about maybe if you improve your art you could go a long way! good job
Wonderful job as always Hendawg.
Nice video bro!
Henry, does he miss his wife?
I love your videos!
this man is a fraud and a nazi he embezzled money from me and made a hitlist at school after kicking my great grandmother in the cranium. Not cool man
I love my games with physical manuals, but I prefer in-game tutorials soooo much more.
Instructions unclear, I am in the internet now! (I don’t think that’s a good thing!)
“Why did I want to talk about this!?” Was hilarious
Heh. Using a Jack-o’-lantern as light was neat
would you be able to upload these videos in 4:3 since the video itself is in that resolution? I use a 4:3 monitor and it leads to the videos being letterboxed on all sides in full screen
really nice video :3
YUME NIKKI MENTIONED good stuff :)
There was also Family BASIC for the Famicom in Japan, and yes, it came with a keyboard. It was a "game BASIC" kinda like STOS on Atari ST or AMOS on Amiga.
what a great video man, all the best to you
God i wish henry e system was real
Great video, keep up the good work 👍
ensemble stars is my favorite rhythm game
Wii hate Wii Music

This is very simple, yet very cool, especially for a Scratch game
YESSSSSS A FELLOW SCRATCH USER
this video is so new, yet it feels straight out of 2007...

another henry entertainment system CLASSIC
So we are adding parallel universes and time travel to the lore. How does this kind of entertainment exist?
I really liked this video
man when i was a kid and figured out you could go to kanto after doing everything to do in jhoto it blew my mind. Like i thought i had already finished my favorite game and was gonna have to leave it, but finding that whole other reigon was mind boggling
"How are you even more of a corporate shill than I am?"💀
I saw a video about Mother 3 where someone tried to beat it without leveling up in my recommended a few weeks ago. Instead of watching, I thought to myself that I kind of wanted to try it for myself, because it would be quite a bummer if there were some twists that could get spoiled. I went to an online emulator (I don't know how eBay works, and my local marketplaces didn't had it at the time) and played it a little bit, and was instantley hooked. I, however, couldn't find the backspace button so instead Lucas was called T))))))) (pronounced as Tungsten). All in all, I had a ton of fun with the game, all due to mr Itoi and the English fan translation! And I'd like to also thank you for your video. I really enjoyed watching it and will be looking into forward to your future videos!
Cool video
I ordered this game and super Mario 64 DS on the weekend and I can’t wait to play them
We got Henry Entertainment System before Switch 2
I Played Animal Crossing Wild World On Wii U
