In the meantime, you can use the shortcode [acfw_customer_store_credit_balance] to display the user's store credit balance anywhere you can use a shortcode. Hey @@SIYHOOX so this would be the my account tab one you're referring to? If so, can you try manually flushing your rewrite rules? Go to backend, Settings->Permalinks and hit save. It's possible another plugin on your install is not flushing rewrite rules properly on init hook and causing conflicts. Hey @ardeleanrazvan6270, gift cards are separate from store credit but will turn into store credit once redeemed. If you purchase a gift card, it will remain as the code. This is for a number of reasons such as: they might choose to give to someone else, the gift card has an expiry (store credits do not), they might not want to redeem it just yet... It's pretty easy to redeem the gift card though via the checkout or the My Account area. Hope this helps!

Hi @rhonda2398 you can have multiple BOGO coupons yes, but your customer can only have one applied on their cart at a time. This is a restriction in place because of how computationally heavy it can be to process multiple large BOGO coupons.

Hi Anser Daad, you could do earning ratio of $1 = 10 points, then 200 points to $1 store credit as the redeem ratio. Example transaction: $100 spent = 1000 points, then 1000 points / 200 = $5

Hi @Robert Norin, you can actually do this with our Advanced Coupons plugin (wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-coupons-for-woocommerce-free/) by using the Cart Conditions to test for "Total Customer Spend" like this: snipboard.io/lDMP8Q.jpg If you want to go one step further, you can use Advanced Coupons Premium's auto apply feature to have the coupon auto applied once the customer goes to the cart and that they match the spend rule. You would also be able to do brackets of spending too using Cart Conditions, like make a 5% off coupon for people who have spent $200 to $499, and make a second coupon which gives 10% off for people who have spent at least $500. Hope this sparks a few ideas for you!

Hi @rhona2398 yes you can do this with the technique shown in the video. Instead of choosing a flat discount, you would choose % discount. That's exactly what the shipping discounts feature is designed for :)

@@AdvancedCoupons Under your WooCommerce settings your shipping method is Flat Rate. I use USPS and UPS. My shipping is calculated on what is purchased (size and shipping Location). I can not get a coupon to work because I do not use flat rate. I wanted to give 50% off shipping of the calculated shipping cost on my site. Thanks.

@@rhonda2398 it might be a non-zoned shipping method... please choose that under the shipping zone drop down and then see if your shipping method now shows up in the shipping method drop down after that. @@AdvancedCoupons When I use "non-zoned shipping method" on the drop down it says "null". I don't know what that means. I sent an email to support a few days ago and never received a response. I just tried again and it is not going through.

@@AdvancedCoupons You are missleading customers. I just bought the premium plugin after reading your comment and thought the solution to a question asked by Lucas was in the video. It is not and I don't see a feature that would let me add a product to the cart and apply a coupon. How can I do that? If I can't I want my money back...

@@kate635 Hi Mikandra Kate, the feature is called Add Products and you'll find this on your coupon edit screen as a tab. You can choose which products you want to add when the coupon is applied to the cart and even choose if you want to make those products free, discounted with a % or $ amount or if you want to set a specific price for it. Since you're a premium customer, you're more than welcome to reach out to the team and we'll help you personally! We're not in the business of misleading customers as that would only lead to refunds, we're here to help and to make sure you're successful with our tool :)

But still - it only lets to create the link for applying the coupon, when a product is already added into the chart. And from what I've understood from your comments was that I will be able to create link, that will add the product to the chart and apply the coupon at the same time. And from what I see now - it is not possible to create that kind of link. Right?

Hi @@kate635 the products you load under the Add Products tab only get added to cart when the coupon is applied. So you can pair this with the URL coupon to automatically add the product + add the products to cart. I believe this is what you're after? Make sure you're on the latest version as well :) There's been lots of improvements in this area.

Hi tlove21, this is actually not anything to do with Advanced Coupons plugin, it's the way WooCommerce core works. From what I understand WooCommerce coupons are always added after the subtotal of items, but before tax and shipping. I believe they do this because tax should be calculated on the subtotal amount so any discounts to that need to be applied first. If you like, you could try and open a github ticket with the WooCommerce core team (github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce) explaining your reasoning why there should be an option to do the opposite. They've very open to new ideas!

Hi Ohwowryanwtf, no need for another plugin. Just use the Add Products feature as described and set a Usage Limit limiting the coupon to a max number of users on the Usage Limits tab. This is a built in WC feature.

Hi Kélyan, yes you will see the gifted product in the cart. It shows as a line item like normal with the price zero'd out. If there's multiple of that product you'll see how many are at the zero'd out price and how many are regular pricing. We're also working on making this look even clearer in the future as well :)

Hey Sean, we recently moved BOGO to a "coupon type" on the General tab. The old BOGO tab is no longer there. On the General tab, change the type to Buy X, Get X Deal (BOGO) and you'll see the same familiar interface. Apologies, we aren't able to update these old YT videos, some of our newer vids show this new interface.
