Myself Rohan ghadge I went this resort on Saturday 16th of this month April when we entered this resort my experience was very bad you can say it was the worst I enter this resort I met counter guy who was not able to understand Marathi Hindi or English I don't know from which state he was I was having the coupon of this resort according to it was oneplus one free 2 + 2 free there are option in the coupon this guy he took the coupon according to himself and he was very rude at me he was in the mood of attending the guest I don't know who had kept him on that place he give us the room any charges 1000 for the room which was very expensive we just wanted to keep our luggage for 5 hours we were not going to use the room but that also he charges Rs 1000 that is useless the fan the tubelights the bed sheet it was really very bad there was a very bad smell in the room it was thinking fans were not clean the bed sheet was very dirty I think he must be had not changed it from one month there was very pathetic smell in the room there was no Jets pay in the English toilet how the people can adjust their self there was only a small tub with a mug and it was very dirty then we came out we saw there are no rules and regulation and decency from the management side they were people drinking alcohol mixing with the bottle of soft drink at the wave pool and some of them were dancing in the rain dance just wearing an underwear you cannot take family crowd there mark my words they should be streak instruction to wear a t-shirt and half pant or shorts pant but the people were dancing in the rain dance just wearing underwear which is not acceptable at all for a family crowd then we came to the lunch hall it was a shocking surprise the owner of the resort she was the lady asking guest to wipe the table because we had food on the table so she want us to wipe the table which is disgusting and also shocking surprise for the food industry people who are behaving like that with the guest I don't know they are knowing the meaning of guest or not and the lady was very rude and shouting at the guest to clean the table after having their food this is not seen anywhere in other Resort so make sure when you go to this resort take 2 3 napkins along with you when you go to the lunch table and the people are the standing at the Buffet there will not serve you more than one piece of a chicken in your plate you ask them many times doesn't matter they will not give you more than one piece whenever you last them so you have to go again and again to the buffet counter to tell them please give me some more pieces of chicken whatever they are saying it that the lunch is unlimited the food is unlimited that is not true it's fake you cannot go and ask them to give them again and again they are very good they will not serve you more than one piece in your plate of a chicken there is always shortage of drinking water because they are not refilling it that's why you have to buy your own bottle water from the shop which is expensive please be careful with the counter guy I think he is from Kolkata of Bengal I don't care whether he is from which religion but he is very rude and studdbone don't go with your family all with your friends in this resort you will regret after going there there is nothing that you will like it because I am regretting so I am telling you all this things I went with my family and I was really very disappointed the voice Resort I came across

Review based on last visit: 11 July 2021. So inke pass total Teen Pool hai, Ek bachho k liye (2 ft deep), Dusra Teen se Char ft. Deep And Teesra 3 to 5.6 ft. Deep. Which is Okay. The main problem is that they keep people allowing and because of that it got exhausted over 500 people were Gathered to enjoy their Sunday in Second and Third Pool, which is quite dangerous with Health Perceptive. luckily Two Police Constable Came and they've seen this Scene and They did their Job by closing this water park around 2 PM without LUNCH to People and also politely throwing people out of the gate without raising Money Back concern OR Refund. And Once Police Disappeared, then People came back for their refund and somehow it got convert into fight and few of them badly injured also. Locker, Changing Room, Clean Washroom such Basic facility is not available and their management people are too Rude. Food quality and Taste is too Bad. These place is good for Hard Drinkers and Smoker's.because they are only everywhere. Please try some other water park and Don't go here.
