So I’ve bought 3 of these but mine are growing under a grow light. Mine isn’t staying in that round rose shape it has opened up like a normal Echeveria would. What have I done that is causing it to not hold the round shape rosy shape? Just glad I haven’t killed them since I lost the first two 😢

It would be easier to mix some sand in with the seeds and sprinkle it that way.

Everything is amazing. A dream for me! All these powdery Succy 😍 Just one question: I knew it's better to take out some of the leaf after beheading the plant. Both from the steam (2/3 leaf in the upper part) and from the rosette ( from the bottom). The plant will grow from that exact points (were the leavs grew), so taking out some of the leaf get more baby grow faster? Did you ever tried?

I’m in the Central Valley, use the EB Stone succulent soil from Green Acres

What brand barky medium do you use? What else do you mix it with? No problems with termites? Just got some with dries roots. Seller told me to pot right away in wet soil and always keep it in the shade but your are in full sun? Please advise. I don’t want to kill them. I had ordered some a few months ago but they died so easily even though I did not over water. I think based in that experience that any hunidity will create rot issues. They also were very open (etiolated) and may not have been healthy like you suggested. Please advise! I’m in NorCal. Has been super hot 100+ but yesterday temps dropped to 86 and this morning 4:30 lightening and thunderstorms.
