What do I tighten pedals with and how please ? Sorry, first bike and don’t own many tools!

I received fafrees hailong 26" after 4 working days since the day i completed the payment. When i did the unboxing i considered that the assemblage would be difficult but if you do it slowly the steps are extremely easy. Moreover at the front wheel and the saddle the bike comes with quick release , this made me a feel a little insecure so i got the bike to a local bike shop and directy change these into wheelnuts system ( ?! ) , i believe it s much safer. Now, it s very important to adjust the handle bar at the way you feel more comortable as well as the height of saddle! After i fixed these 2 , i took a ride about 15 klms . The signs were positive! A) you feel very nice grip while riding, holding the handlebar! Like a premium bike i would say. B)very stable riding , suspensions also good! C) began riding with 95% battery and after 15 klms i left with 55% ( 50% throttle 40% semi as 10% normal cycling) which i think is good statistic for 13 Ah and 36 Volt, on uphills i didn't see any dificulties...( semi asistant and solved) D)About the weight of bike i want to say that is not as heavy as i thought ! I can lift it with my hands relativly easy eg from door to my balcony with 0% struggling. E) Throttling and semi asistant performance was quite good! I am happy with the operation generally . F) Very nice and elegant style for mountain e bike if you compare it with other competitives of its level ( has to do with personal style, is has cool shape cool frame etc) For all the above i believe that 630€ makes directly a.... ...... killing offer!..... by the provider is calles fafrees bike , without any doubts!!! If i see sth wrong i will update my comment PS: the ringing bell doesn't goes along with the whole quality of bike , to my eyes it is just funny. I think a horn buttom would be absolutely great option istead of this . Please enjoy Kostas Athens.

How do you attach the handle bar bag?

As I understand the 3 operating functions as follows. 1) Pedal mode, you get on the bike and start pedalling in pedal only. 2) Assist mode, when pedalling you click on to start the control pad then press + button to increase assist pedalling or press - button to reduce assist pedalling down to zero for no Assist if required to pedal only with no assist or just stop pedalling to stop assist. Then use both brakes to stop completely. 3) After dismount and in order to move bike to a required place with ease long press and hold the - button and the bike will be able to be moved and constant speed of 6 km/hr until the - button is released.

Bonjour je vous envoie ce message car j'aurai voulu un renseignement, actuellement j'ai un fafress f20pro, je voudrai mettre la batterie du f20max qui est de 48v/22,5 amp, pour avoir plus d'autonomie sur mon f20pro, j'ai vu que dans les parametre du fafres f20 pro sur l'ecran de controle sur le guidon il y a un parmaettre ou on peu regler de 36v en 48v dans le programme P1, du coup si on peut le faire dans l'ecran de controle logiquement en mettant une batterie de 48v ça devrai fonctionner avec une batterie plus puissante, j'aurais juste a changer dans les parmettres de l'ecran, logiquement ça ne devrait pas poser de souci si on lit bien la notice, car ça m'interesserai dans une batterie plus puissante

This is a horrible seller. Firstly they sent us a broken one. After returning, they send us a used one, which we can't even assemble, as many parts are missing.. We had to send x0 emails....and they play keep Pingpong and no sulotion.... Til now. It is 5 months gone... It is a cheating company.

I purchased the bike in February 2023. Since then, I have been facing problems with the same. First, the brake sensor was broken, then the tyre got punctured which the customer support helped me out to get out of this situation. Now the frame is broken. When I tried to avail support for this, customer care expected me to get it welded and reimburse me the half amount. My weight is 130 kg and I, solely purchased this bike because of its 150kg load capacity, but again it failed to do so. On their website, it is clearly mentioned that the frame covers 2 years of warranty, but when it is broken in just 6 months, the customer support is not ready to replace the same which is totally unacceptable. I am waiting to their final reply and will update the same in the reviews.
