yes, im using sac for my neuv team. i think the only downside is you have to be close to enemy to trigger the passive.. and the color of sac fragment looks great on her too!

Nope. I mean its better than a 3 star and is almost as good as the event weapon shown in the vedio (the 4 star) but it be waaay better tp give her the event weapon (cuz its better ) and keep wolfs on somone else :)
