BETWEEN is on a mission to inspire people all over the world to treat their interactions and conversations as worship.
BETWEEN is an “extra church” experience for people all over the globe. Anyone anywhere can subscribe to the digital BETWEEN experience which includes 1) a weekly (short) video sermon to inspire interactions for the week, 2) a daily prayer and devotional channel on social media and other digital points of contact, and 3) a weekly guide to creating sacred interactions. The “church” really happens at dinner tables, coffee shops, in online discussions, and in all of our daily conversations and interactions.
BETWEEN is simple. Sign up for our email list (www.between.church). Receive weekly and daily inspiration about how to infuse every interaction with a divine light. Then you go out into the world and create “church” in every interaction (and we don’t mean you evangelize and only talk about faith stuff - we just want you to treat every conversation as truly sacred).

WHAT IS BETWEEN?
BETWEEN is a global, digital, inclusive, faith-community focused on inspiring more moments of sacred human connection. At BETWEEN we are on a mission to inspire millions of people all over the planet to apply the best lessons of their own faith tradition to the important work of creating more moments of sacred human connection in their lives.
Ours is a simple ministry: We want to help people have more interpersonal interactions in their lives that feel sacred. We live in a too lonely world. A too disconnected world. We’ve left each other sitting by ourselves when our souls desperately want to be walking together. We’re afraid of each other. We’re distrustful of each other. We don’t see each other or hear each other. Ours is a simple ministry: More sacred moments of human connection = a less lonely, disconnected world.

We don't need a reason or a season❤🎉
This message is incredible! Profound and so timely as we consider the unfolding of another year. Thank you, Matt ❤
That was beautiful! Sharing!! I love the definition, all the love in the world!! Have a great celebration of light and love and connection ✨️
Amazing message. And AMEN!
Such a good message. I’ve found that often times the most fulfilling and hopeful moments are the ones leading up to what we have been “waiting for” or “anticipating” most. Often times as we are preparing for a BIG event, the event itself may fall short of expectations but the small moments of conversations or errands leading up to the event held much more hope and joy than the event itself. I adore this idea of imperfect hope. Embracing it as such!
This is such an amazing conversation and a moment in your life, Matt. I am so glad you captured this conversation for us all to be a part of. I hope this blesses and liberates so many people. Thank you, Matt & Justin for such an engaging and truthful dialogue about the sacrament of Baptism. ❤
Thank you, what a beautiful message.
We need Jesus as savior, counselor, and comforter because no one person or even many people can fill internal emptiness. From that we can go out and be there for our neighbor.❤
You're us laugh! Thank you, Matt. Great 5ish sermon.😅
I needed this one today. Wonderful message!
Matt - I so much appreciate your messages. I look forward to watching every Sunday morning. I advocate that your work reflects the future of the church. Thank you.
❤❤❤, Halilloya,
Decency. That's it. 🙏👏
❤❤❤ Love this, Matt.
Amen and amen❤❤❤
Matt, your sermon here is profound and prophetic following the horrific events yesterday at the Trump Rally. THIS (‼️) is the message our country needs.
Regrettably, people shy away from going to go to church because people like myself have been threatened by another member or have been kidnapped because the congregation believed a man was a lady's husband and wasn't true.
Sent to soar baby, sent to soar with your gifts. Great message. Love the poem!
Interesting...as small as a mustard seed. God showed up for me after a car accident, via a lady with coffee and a blanket, who when I went to return the blanket and thank her - bystanders said: "..there was no lady there - you've been standing by yourself".
Thank you, Matt, I love the space Between, it seems to be where we most live.
Thank you for sharing this message, Matt. I believe it only gets harder and scarier to stand up for others as we get older. We watch political figures, celebrities, and the media constantly bullying one another so it’s no wonder it only gets harder. But if we can teach the next generation to be even better than us we are doing something right. INSPIRING! Thanks.
This is such a meaningful and important message. Matt, thank you so much for providing a loving path to help us make a difference in the world.
I always see this “guy” leaving every Broncos football game, filling people’s ears with shame and condemnation. It breaks my heart that some people only know God as shouting and wrathful. Thank you for this positive message, Matt!
Amen and amen Halilloya

You are so welcome! Thanks for being a part of our community. ❤️
Nice words but you talk about babys I rather have a dog or cat .No kids
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MESSAGE! ❤️ what a wonderful reminder to FACE THE LIGHT.
Mega moments of mini mercy!! I love this, taking this into my week ahead.
I am love and loved!!
This was beautiful! Thank you!
I plant my flag in the land of hope! Given our crazy world filled with two major wars, I have hope that peace will break out. Great message . . .go Camu!
I think I’m a hope giver. People have told me I’m good at encouraging. But it’s not really me. It’s the Holy Spirit speaking through me to give hope/ encouragement to someone else. I love how the Spirit uses me for that!
That’s absolutely wonderful Christine!

What’s the difference between spirit and your soul…. Ocean and wave? Lol Woke up thinking infinite possibilities of hope today and then saw this sermon. Thank you!

@@janiesalazar-jc6du The way I’ve heard it explained is that we communicate with ourselves with our soul, and with our spirit, we communicate with God
I'm sorry! Yes I understand that you are very much concern with my safety I appreciated much. May I beg to ask one more chance for Stevie Jones? Please. I promise I will manage.
After a week when the world seems lost in the brambles and weeds of anger, hatred and violence, it's a profound reminder to reach out to each other in compassion. Thanks Matt.
Incredible message! Great reminder to start the day, and everyday rooted in love ❤
Great message Justin. Growing up near the ocean, I learned of the power of water through surfing in the waves. It gave me an appreciate for just how fluid and powerful water can be. Kind of like God's love, fluid and powerful. Thanks for sharing today.
My faith was given to by my Mema and Pop who went to the local Presbyterian church, and my Grandma and Grandpa who went to the local American Baptist Church. Sitting with them on Sundays, singing hymns, reading liturgy and being bored out of my gord by sermons, were seminal for me. Faith is truly a generational happening. I hope that I can hand on to my children and grandchildren a thriving and active faith. Great video Matt! Thanks.
This is beautiful and a good reminder to me that I have two ears and only one mouth.
Yes. Two ears and one mouth for sure. :)
I loved coming on and "talking talking talking." Hopefully, I'll keep getting better at listening.
Great insight. Love the five steps to a sacred conversation. I don't think we ever intentionally consider what makes a sacred conversation. I find that most people talk without their tongue being connected to their brain, let alone their soul. This messages challenges us to be reflective about how we speak to each other. Great message Matt.
Great message. It's time to stop judging. I love the Rumi quote. I used it in response to the January 6th insurrection when people were arguing about the wrongness or the rightness of what happened. We all need to go meet in the field.
Great message! So true. I love that snippet of the poem you shared…
Yes
Thank you for an impactful message, Justin!
