The Real Voice of Vrillon of The Ashtar Galactic Command 1977 TV alien broadcast interruption
On the 26th of November 1977, in the Southern region of ITV, Andrew Gardner was reading the early evening news, when the audio was taken over by an alien being, Vrillon from The Ashtar Galactic command. With a deep, ominous voice, he warned us dangers facing the future of humanity.
But with some modern technology, we can now hear the real voice of Vrillon, removing much of the voice distorting technology the original hoaxer used to disguise his actual voice. Now sounding much less commanding, less alien more estuary.
The original video footage no longer exists, but the audio does. It has been mistakenly matched in other videos with the visuals of veteran British broadcaster Cliff Michelmore, rather than Andrew Gardner. Have managed to find a brief bit of footage of the real AG in the same year of 1977, which I've matched up to the original sound.

This is an attempt at a restoration of a 1971 Radio documentary on the late comedian Tony Hancock. With contributions from Sid James. The original recording only seems to exist as an off-air medium wave recording. Using AI, I hoped to make it sound as much like the original tape it was broadcast on. Largely successful, but not totally. Hope you enjoy it. It's a fascinating documentary made when...

well done for posting this. Thanks!
Hats off to everyone who contributed to this rather touching, insightful and warm tribute to a true original...sparkling radio.
By far the most fake part of this presentation was the idea that a random alien broadcast would purport to be connected to a super-famous entity from planet Earth - named after the celebrity grade family Ashtar of ancient Egyptian fame.
